I loved everything!! The real stars were the front desk! When I first arrived, I had been on multiple trains, as my original train had been canceled. I finally arrived at the hotel on the bus that takes you to all the hotels. I was tired from all the trains etc. the two people at the front desk were absolute stars! Rencel and Gerlie! It was worth 7 hours of traveling just to meet them!

Comfortable room, clean with nice big bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

It ended up being much further from the airport than we realised. After a long overnight flight we had some trouble figuring out how to get to the hotel. Perhaps more detailed instructions can be put on the booking.com description page - only found out how to reach the hotel by searching the Q&A section and google.

Spoil yourself and stay here. It's excellent!

Great Staff
Pros:

Had AC during the hottest week in the UK. The only issue was the lumpy pillows but other than that the rooms were great and always clean, the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Particularly Katya and Navjot. They even knew and made a point that they didn’t see us at breakfast on one occasion. It’s nice to feel this at home when away.

Spacious clean comfortable suite. Close to Heathrow Airport. A great detox after a very busy trip.

Cons:

A bit of a mix up at the desk that we had 3 separate rooms reserved. Had no instructions about putting your room access card in a slot to activate the lights. Called the front desk and they explained it to me.

The team consistently delivers outstanding hospitality. Every member of staff I have encountered has been warm, professional, approachable and genuinely eager to help. Their friendly attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The suites are spacious, immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed. I particularly appreciate the minimalist style, which feels modern without sacrificing comfort. As someone who enjoys cooking, the fully equipped kitchen is a real advantage. It contains everything needed to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a restaurant-quality meal, making longer stays feel effortless.
