Pros:

Ted the morning manager really made our day as he remembered us and came to say hi. Such a little thing but means so much. Top guy. Everyone was amazing, the breakfast staff are of real credit to the place.

Cons:

There was a straw in the bath when we got there but I guess it's easily missed. The hairdryer was also faulty and smelt burnt but I let the staff know on the level and he went straight to sort it out so no issue, these things happen. I have short hair, so it dried quickly.

Delightful, helpful, professional staff in a great location with a super bar and restaurant. Highly recommend
Pros:

The convenience to LHR T3 and the ease of using Avis car hire at the property both really work for me. The staff at the hotel are professional and delightful. I’ve stayed in two boutique hotels this past two weeks and neither of them came close in terms of the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

Good for Heathrow overnight
Pros:

Very near Heathrow Terminal 5.. Great included breakfast. The breakfast staff were quite courteous.

Cons:

It seemed to be a 30 minute ride on the “Hotel Hoppa” bus back to the airport.
