L'emplacement est super, facilement accessible depuis le terminal 5. Le petit déjeuner est de belle qualité.

Cons:

Notre chambre, ainsi que le couloir, avaient manifestement subit une dégât des eaux. La moquette de la chambre se retrouvait humide par endroit.

Great facility, let down by lack of communication.

The hotel was very good.

Cons:

The communication was very poor, I asked a question via booking.com and I received and answer from the hotel the day AFTER I checked out. Also the spelling was well below par.

Bar quoted prices were for sprits in glass without additional mixer cost required. So a 5.95 pound gin cost double that amount with extra tonic added. False advertising.
