It was quite warm and we were unable to turn the air conditioning down, therefore it was very difficult to sleep.
Good breakfast
Staff were friendly and engaging. Food was excellent.

Proximity to airport, great bathroom, I didn't use them but the bar and restaurant area looked great
Maybe a shade noisy around the ground floor rooms but has no real issues
Room was great size and well appointed.
Walls between the rooms were not sound proof.
Restaurant was crazy busy and we couldn't get a table.
I'd booked two rooms. One was a twin. This was acknowledged when we checked in. The 'twin' a pull out sofa and it had not been made up and bedding was not available in the room. Neither reception outer housekeeping were picking up thev phone. I had to get out of my PJ's and go down to reception. I had to follow up a number of times before the bedding was bought to the room. This card is all too be going to sleep later than planned for our early flight the next morning. Staff were not apologetic.
Amazing breakfast, lovely staff and very clean.
Room was a bit of a squeeze for 3 people with bags but it was workable.
all ok
I'd liked the reception to have given me better advice to get to the central bus station.
I had a taxi driver who left me with a lot of walking!
The sheets were dirty and stained
Location..near to Heathrow airport
Getting expensive
Close and convenient. Clean and cozy
The service at the restaurant (bar style) was so slow
I would not recommend this hotel for families.
We booked a room for a family of four, but it was far too cramped. Our two teenage children—one male and one female—were expected to share a small sofa bed, which was completely inappropriate and very uncomfortable.
When we raised our concerns, the manager showed little empathy or understanding and was unwilling to help or offer a suitable solution. We were left feeling that our concerns were simply dismissed.
Overall, the room was not suitable for a family of four, and the lack of customer service made the experience even more disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise families to look elsewhere.
