I always stay here because of location near airport.
This time my room was not upgraded. Breakfast also average. Very less option of Halal food like live eggs etc.

I was put in a room that was set up for someone in a wheelchair and the shower was awkward to use plus it was leaking
Great location, rental car pickup and return on site. Avis/Dollar had a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.
We had kids with us and when we first entered our room the pull-out couch was out and made up for the kids. It was not a US hotel style pullout couch. It was much more robust and comfortable. They are not even comparable.
Property was very new and spotless facilities were very good
It was easy to find.
I had a room for three never has an option to book a two bed room so given a couch for my son who is 6 ft to sleep on. I had to go request sheet and blankets to make the bed. They sent up house keeping to make the bed but is was incredibly odd having them make the couch bed while we where in the room.
Comfortable beds. Easy check in. Easy to get to from the airport. Breakfast was delicious. Great way to start our trip.

No sttaf helping in luggage
Size of room was decent and downstairs area pleasant for drinks and food
There was not enough staff working on front desk so I did the self check in but was not given my room number, just 2 cards spat out of the machine at me. I then had to join a que to speak to a member of staff to find out what room I was in.
My room was a long walk away and when I got to it the key card didn’t work so had to go back downstairs to join another que. After about a 20 minute wait I was given another key. I finally hit into my room about an hour after arriving at the hotel which is very poor.
I then had a shower and tried to use the hairdryer after but it wouldn’t work. I phoned reception to ask for another one but nothing ever came.
Very disappointing customer service overall.

Great hotel and location usually, we have used them before for pre night flights
We had a very early flight so had a meal in hotel at 6pm then went to bed at 8pm in order to get a good nights sleep before our alarm at 4am.
After just getting off to sleep my wife and I were woken by knocking on our door and then a member of staff came into the room saying he had some milk for early morning tea.
I told them to get out as we had not ordered anything.
We did not manage to get back to sleep at all and I went down to reception and said I wanted to complain, the receptionist called a male manager who took our details and said that he would investigate and email me back.
It’s 5 days later and we have not heard from the hotel.
This incident spoilt the start to our holiday as we were so tired due to no sleep this impacted our first 2 days.
The worst part is that they have not responded to my complaint, when we return from holiday I shall make a formal written complaint to the hotel and parent company
