Pros:

Not much at all ..no help at all for disabled people not able to eat at breakfast area many steps to breakfast area ...no good for infirm

My unlucky day.
Pros:

Breakfast, location , facilities. Best bed!

Cons:

I mean no harm but I really want you guys to improve.

Room 311 smells like something rotten. Imagine you smell it all night long.... And perfume sprey didnt help much.

Also bath tub is not chean, dead bug and oily surface. House keeping did come back and clean it super fast.

Room in the ground floor has zero privacy.
