Pros:

Perfekte Lage für Wanderer, nach Kommot vier Wanderungen direkt ab Hotel möglich. Hotel sehr sauber, geschmackvoller Wellnessbereich. Restaurant: Bedienung komplett tschechisch, ziemlich auf Zack. Speisen: Sehr gut

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war hellhörig (Trittschall von oben). Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte unserem Eindruck nach etwas lieblos (z. B. nie Lachs; Wursttheke hatte an 4 von 6 Tagen ausschließlich Salami). Der große Speisesaal ist ungemütlich und sehr laut, wenn Gruppen da sind (Akustik ist furchtbar, im kleinen Raum daneben viel angenehmer). Sauna wird oft und gern von Anwohnern genutzt, als Hotelgast kann es schwer werden, eine Liege zu bekommen, von Ruhe ist im Ruheraum dann keine Spur mehr). Alles für sich keine große Sache und das durchweg freundliche Personal wiegt Vieles wieder auf, aber für den Preis war uns das nicht genug, daher sieben Punkte statt zehn

Traumhafte Lage. Super nettes und professionelles Personal. Zimmer absolut sauber. Restaurant und Frühstück gut. Lockere Atmosphäre. War schon ein paar mal da und komme immer wieder gerne. Hier passt"s einfach!

Pros:

Wunderbar, sehr freundliches Personal zuvorkommend, lustig immer für ein Späßchen zu haben! Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Saunabereich wahnsinnig schön, sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Die abgenutzte Ausstattung. Der Fernseher war zu klein für die Entfernung zum Bett.

Merveilleux!
Pros:

L'emplacement en forêt avec un silence fantastique la nuit et très calme en journée. La cuisine délicieuse et inventive. Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Personnel très accueillant mais pas invasif. Lieu merveilleux pour le vtt en été et le ski de fond en hiver.. les forêts de sapins d'un vert intense et sans arbre malade.. que du bonheur!

Cons:

De ne pas être resté plus longtemps!

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen . Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage, war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die angebotenen Massagen waren sehr gut.

Pros:

Hervorragend geführtes Haus, extrem freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber, großzügige Zimmer. Vielfältiges und hochwertiges Frühstück. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Es war ein schönes Wochenende mit Freunden gewesen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war nicht gut ausgebucht, daher konnten wir zu dritt die Sauna allein nutzen. Das war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung vom Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es bedarf einer Modernisierung.

Pros:

Der Wellness Bereich ist super schön und alles neu gemacht.
Das Frühstück richtig gut. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal macht Fehler und erklärt einem noch warum ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Auch wir die Bar einfach um 21.30 Uhr geschlossen, obwohl noch 12 Leute die zweite Halbzeit beim Deutschen Spiel zusammen sehen möchten. Dann bitte am Zimmer weiter schauen.
Die Zimmer sind im 90er Jahre Look eingerichtet was ok ist aber nicht modern. Duschen sind in der Badewanne.
Dazu leider keinen Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.
Bei dem Preis ist das eigentlich üblich.
