Ideale Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Lage des Hotels zwischen Hafen und Alster ideal. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende.

Cons:

Die Dusche war leider ohne Trennwand und deshalb trat teilweise auch Wasser auf den Holzboten im Zimmer. Dieser war entsprechend beschädigt. Schade. Eine Duschwand würde sicher helfen.
Das Hotel hat keine Reception. Die Bar ist die Reception. Check in ist an einem Tablet. Um 21.45 Uhr mussten wir alle Fragen online beantworten. Dies hätte man doch schon zu Hause erledigen können. Es können nicht alle Mitarbeitenden Deutsch, was man in Hamburg erwarten dürfte.

Placeringen var god.

Cons:

At de sælger dyre værelser, uden at tydeliggøre der er tale om et “accessible” værelse. Så jeg bookede det dyreste værelse der var på valgte dato, men fik så et værelse som der absolut ikke var afbilledet.

De ansatte var overhovedet ikke interesseret i at hjælpe, på trods af jeg tilbød at betale mere, endda for et mindre værelse. De sagde bare sorry, og vente sig om til andre kunder.

Sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage.
Pros:

Vorab schriftlich und über booking.com nach ruhigen Zimmern gefragt, die wir dann auch bekommen haben. Möglicherweise haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten?! Die Zimmer waren relativ groß (und nicht wie hier sehr oft beschrieben klein!).
Eigener Barista beim Frühstück, der leckere Kaffeespezialitäten zubereitet hat.

Super tolle Lage

Cons:

Keine Parkplätze. Nicht einmal die Möglichkeit besteht kurz anzuhalten und Gepäck und Mitreisende rauszulassen. Parkhaus gegenüber hat 40,- € für eine Nacht gekostet !!!!!!!

Sehr gutes Hotel in Zentrumsnaher Lage zu einem akzeptablen Preis.
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Zimmer haben keinen Teppichboden und sind hell und lichtdurchflutet. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt ohne Aufpreis sehr gute Kaffeevariationen vom Barista.

Sehr nah zu einer S-Bahnstation gelegen.

Cons:

Der Restaurantbereich ist zur Frühstückszeit gemessen an der Anzahl der Gäste etwas knapp bemessen.

Das Parken allein in einem naheliegenden Parkhaus ist sehr teuer. Ein Arrangement des Hotels mit dem Parkhausbetreiber wäre wünschenswert.

Lage des Hotels, Frühstück, nettes Personal

Cons:

Zimmer sehr! klein, sehr hellhörig zum Flur und den Nachbarräumen, Fußbodenbelag abgestoßen, keine Anbindung Video von Mobilphone an TV (eigenes Streamen nicht möglich).

Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim bir otel
Pros:

Konseptleri çok tatlı , minik bilgilendirmeler esprili şekilde belirtilmiş . Gitar teması sa hoşuma gitti . Teknolojik olarak da yenilikçi buldum . Her katta bulunan mutfaklarda çay kahve olması güzel .

Cons:

Hamburgdaki otelde kahvaltıda her gün aynı sıcak yemeklerin olması biraz sıkıcıydı , basen değişiklik iyi gelir . Köln deki tesiste de kalmıştım , bu anlamda daha başarılı .

Zur Stadterkundung ideal
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sowohl Bus als auch S-Bahn sind nah.
Das Zimmer Ruby's Choice ist gut ausgestattet, auch mit Schrank.

Cons:

In der Teeküche gibt es nur einen Wasserhahn, aus dem heißes Wasser kommen soll zum Tee oder Kaffee bereiten. Dies hat bei mir nicht funktioniert, auch bei ersichtlich rotem Ring.
Dass man vom Personal geduzt wird, fand ich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
