Central location, exceptional staff team.
Pros:

Delightful, helpful staff. A lovely city and even the weather was kind to us!
Pros:

The location was good. The roadworks outside were not ideal but no fault of the hotel.

Cons:

It could do with a little bit of tic, but I understand new owners have just taken over.

Perfect for a few nights
Pros:

Terrific location near station and city centre. V near shops, abbey and - a must to visit - the Holburne museum. Permanent collection boast some cracking paintings; exhibitions change regularly.

Cons:

Bath has a nighttime problem of noise and disturbance, audible from the hotel. Don’t count on a peaceful night’s sleep in some rooms. Menu was dull: needs review.

Quiet in an excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. In need of an update since my last visit. Bathroom flooded by water pouring in gap in window from gutter during torrential downpour. Quiet.

Cons:

Needs some fefurbishment and updating.

Really friendly staff and a great location. Had a brilliant weekend

Decor is a bit tired in places and floorboards in room creaky (dont know what it would have sounded like in a room below us).

Nice hotel but very old fashioned
Pros:

Reception was very friendly, good breakfast, very convenient location directly infront of the train station and close to the shops.

Cons:

The windows don't really close so quite loud and drafty. Funny smell in the room, Quite expensive for this level of interior furnishings.

Very nice
Pros:

Historic property, fantastic location if arriving by train. Very short walk to the centre and tourist attractions, and located close to plenty of pubs and dining establishments.
Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

No aircon and the bathroom in my room was a little dated (although very clean)
