It was hot whilst in Bath and only 1 window partially opened, and a small fan meant the room was stuffy. Also, bulky and unnecessary furniture meant room felt smaller than it was, and very little space for luggage or storage / wardrobe space. Could be far more functional with a bit of thought.
We also had a big storm come through which knocked out the lift and the WiFi...but that's not the hotels fault!

Overpaid for accommodation-

Llegamos durante una ola de calor, la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo una ventana y un ventilador. Completamente insuficientes.
También llovió en torno a las 20:00, fue una tormenta veraniega corta. El tejado tenía goteras, lo cuál estropeó el ascensor y el Wi-Fi, además de algunas alarmas de incendios y empapar la alfombra del pasillo y la entrada de nuestra habitación. Una luz de nuestra habitación parpadeaba al apagarla y no dejaba de hacerlo.
El personal nos ofreció un reembolso a las 22:00, pero en ese momento sólo queríamos dormir e irnos al día siguiente (sólo pasábamos una noche allí).

Frosted window panes on two windows, couldn't look out on street from one; other opened onto roof, but only 8-10"; made room feel too enclosed. Lovely feather duvet, but too hot for summer. Couldn't a top sheet be supplied as well, so duvet could be thrown back if hot?

The interior is aged but tidy, you get what you pay for it's a good budget option , doors are quite heavy to open with a suitcase in tow.

NO air-conditioning in a heatwave. lift broke down. Leak in bathroom that also affected bedroom. I had to move to another hotel with the duty receptionist's help. when i chased for my refund 4 days' later, another duty receptionist was initially unhelpful, but after 10mins of arguing, he relented and agreed to chase Booking.com for me.

The property is definitely a bit dated — one of the taps in my room didn’t work properly, and the curtains didn’t fully cover the window at night. There is no air conditioning or fan in the room, but also no way to securely fix the window open. The elevator was regrettably also out of order when I arrived due to the heatwave

In need of an update, bathroom very small and dated. We arrived in a heatwave and room was far too hot to get changed in as curtains were wide open to the sun and window only opened an inch! There was a fan in room which helped, but had the curtains been closed then it would have kept some of the direct sun out.

Run down hotel , lifts were not working, walking showers not provided for my elderly wheelchair using mother , it was extremely hot and not proper cooling available in Rooms

Due to the heat wave*
Elevator wasn't working for guests (for safety) though it could take luggage.
There was only a small fan per room which didn't do much. Sweated all night so no real rest.

Falta de mantenimiento, no funcionaba el ascensor, ola de calor y pedimos un ventilador adicional dado que era muy pequeño el que había en la habitación,no nos lo dieron. Olor alfombra humedad en el pasillo y en la habitación.

We were not informed the elevator doesn’t work . Handicap person this hotel is a disaster of trip hazards . Staff did not help with luggage. Stairs were very difficult to manage . Rooms were very hot I felt like I was being baked in an oven . Also not informed of street being blocked off due to roadwork . A complimentary drink does not make up for all the hassles and stress we endured.
