We enjoyed our stay. Had lots to do and close by.
Pros:

Tim was amazing at the front desk. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Zentrale Lage gegenüber des Bahnhofs

Cons:

Fahrstuhl war kaputt, wir waren in der 3. Etage untergebracht. Fenster ließen sich im Bad nicht öffnen, Heizung nicht abstellen, alte Dusche nur mit Brause von oben.

Cons:

Pas de chance pour moi, l'ascenceur était en panne et je voyagais avec une très grande valise.
Au départ le receptioniste n'était pas chaud de m'aider à la monter (il a évoqué un problème d'épaule), mais
heureusement un de ses collègues a finalement monté ma valise devant ma chambre. Et le lendemain pour la redescendre il n'y avait pas de souci non plus.

La posizione. Hotel vicino ad ogni attrattiva turistica della città.

Cons:

La struttura ha vissuto probabilmente fasti nell'era Giorgiana e lì vi è rimasta. Avrebbe bisogno di ammodernamenti quali gli infissi(di difficile apertura) e i rubinetti separati freddo caldo. La pendenza della stanza ha creato qualche problema. La struttura aveva presentato un'ascensore. Questo era fuori servizio. La polvere sulla carta dell'avviso esposto da l'idea che lo sia e rimarrà tale per molto tempo. Due anziani, come noi, hanno fatto veramente fatica a raggiungere il secondo piano, anche per via di una scala in forte pendenza e con struttura a chiocciola.

First time visit to Bath
Pros:

Staff very friendly, especially in the restaurant during breakfast. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Great location.

Cons:

The lift was broken so struggled with the stairs and was on the 3rd floor. Will be asking for the 1st floor if we stay again. Couldn't alter the shower head so was difficult to keep my long hair from getting wet. Maybe disposable shower cap could be provided? I'll be sure to take one with me next time.

Friendly staff and good service. Good food, welcoming, wonderful room, se slept well.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. But amazing breakfast. We payed extra!

Water took 30 minutes to get warm during the evening.

lovely stay, and the staff is top notch!
Pros:

The hotel opened in 1847, the rooms are small. But quaint, and furnished exactly as needed. Sadly the elevator was broken which made for climbing stairs, however the staff was helpful and carried our bags for us to and from our room.
