Schlechter Zustand der Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Es wirkt zwar optisch wie ein Problemviertel, mir wäre aber nichts aufgefallen und eine Straße weiter gibt es eine Straße mit vielen Bars. Es war aber in der Nacht ruhig.
Es gibt einen großen Balkon (nicht breit). Die Größe der Räumlickeiten ist in Ordnung.
Der späte Check in hat super funktioniert durch den Code für Eingangs und Zimmertür. Sonst kann ich das Personal nicht beurteilen, da ich in der Zeit immer unterwegs war und niemand gesehen habe.

Cons:

Im Bad ist überall schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden. Auch die Duschbrause war verschmutzt.
Bei einem Stuhl haben Schrauben gefehlt, der Sitz war lose. Der hätte leicht auseinanderbrechen können.
Die Beistelltische waren schmutzig und verstaubt. Das Sofa hatte Flecken. Ebenso der Überzug vom Bett. Das wundert mich alles nicht, da das Zimmer nicht 1x sauber gemacht wurde.
Es gibt ein sehr helles, grünes Licht, wodurch es nie wirklich dunkel ist. Stört stark beim Versuch zu schlafen.

Ich konnte leider nur 4 Bilder hochladen um den schlechten, dreckigen Zustand der Unterkunft zu zeigen.
