I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking room, the smell of the tobacco is in the sheets and bed linens even the pillows, room mentioned having bathrobe and slippers but wasn’t there.

Amenities, cleanliness, services and rooms too were beautiful!

Cons:

The shower door was defective and we were missing alot of the bathroom accessories but asked the front desk and they provided everything!
