Mancanza dell’aria condizionata in camera
Accoglienza perfetta con checkin rapido e valigie recapitate direttamente in camera, stanza spaziosa e veramente ben pulita, hall e bar accogliente ottimo per rilassarsi e fare due chiacchiere con gli altri ospiti
La colazione davvero ottima e con tutto il necessario con possibilità di ordinare sia alla carta e sia a buffet, ottimo il fatto che ci sia anche un ristorante per la cena ed un bistrot per pranzi e cene.
Zona spa e zona relax davvero carine ed ottime per rilassarsi dopo un escursione o una gita in bici. Massaggi di ottima qualità, anche se le cabine sono un po piccole e potrebbero essere meglio arredate.
La camera viene pulita due volte al giorno, è davvero apprezzata questa cosa, buono anche l'assortimento di prodotti ed accessori per la camera. Asciugamani in abbondanza e accappatoi morbidi.
Il fatto che ci siano due bagni nella camera permette di gestirsi al meglio.
Parcheggio esterno disponibile
In piena stagione, l'hotel ha fatto intrapreso lavori propri con tanto di ruspe nella zona a fianco alla piscina con conseguente sollevamento di polvere e rumore, tutt'altro che rilassante. I lavori sono stati fermati sono dopo numerose lamentele da parte degli ospiti (giustamente). In questo caso sarebbe stato cortese offrire almeno un po di acqua fresca invece niente.
Ci è stato detto che c'era la possibilità di avere il pranzo al sacco al costo di 30 euro. Il pranzo al sacco si è rivelato una delusione, panino buono ma di dimensioni veramente piccole, una banana piccola e niente tovaglioli o bottiglietta d'acqua. Dopo esserci lamentati della scarsa qualità ci è stato fatto pagare 20 euro, ma lo scivolone sulla qualità del servizio resta.
I prezzi a mio parere esagerati del ristorante gourmet rispetto al prodotto offerto.
L'assenza di aria condizionata o impianto di raffrescamento per un hotel di questa fascia.
Alcune delle iniziative che ci sono sul sito sono svolte con partner esterni all hotel, ma questo sul sito non viene menzionato mi sembra, e non è la stessa cosa.

Negli prodotti del bagno manca secondo me qualche prodotto dedicato alla rasatura uomo.

Well located, staff was super friendly and the food was great. I went there with my baby and we had a great time.
Also I found the prices were quite reasonable given the service provided.
Maybe the pools could be open until later. They closes at 19 along with the spa , which is a bit early in my opinion

Questo non è un semplice albergo, è un rifugio per l'anima. Se volete rilassarvi a ridosso del bosco sotto le montagne più belle della Val D'Aosta questo è il posto che fa per voi. Meraviglioso.

Ein sehr modernes Hotel, das sich trotzdem sehr schön und unauffällig in die wunderbare Umgebung einfügt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals!! Wir wollten ursprünglich nur 2 Nächte bleiben und haben dann 2x verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Wir waren schließlich eine Woche dort. Die Lage ist perfekt etwas außerhalb des netten Ortes, direkt an einem wunderschönen Waldweg mit schönen Holzskulpturen gelegen (fussläufig zum Ort). Sehr gutes Frühstück mit leckeren Zusatzbestellmöglichkeiten, auch tolles Abendessen. Wunderschöner Indoor- und Outdoorpool, sehr nette und warme Hottubs outdoor.
Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung beim Abendessen hätten wir uns gewünscht. Wenn man eine Woche dort ist, hat man dann doch die Menükarte mal durch. Aber es gibt auch im Ort tolle Essensmöglichkeiten.
