Pros:

Konumu, temizliği, çalışanların ilgisi, kahvaltı çeşitliliği gerçekten güzeldi.

Konakladığımız tarih Çin resmi tatiline gelmesinden dolayı otelin bulunduğu cadde gerçekten çok kalabalıktı :)

Excellent choice
Pros:

We stayed two nights there and were very happy with the room (clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable) breakfast (great quality and good options, delicious juices) and location (near bund and easy to move to other spots)
There were always hotel employees in the street besides the hotel where the taxi parks to assist you with luggage, etc.
Housekeeping was late and started first in the afternoon.
There is no liquid hand soap in the bathroom, only one bar soap. Their body lotion is awesome.
We tried their Japanese restaurant (Yone); it is expensive but worth it. Nice view.
We do not recommend their famous roof top bar, it was very small, loud, windy(if you want to sit in the first row) although weather on this day was great and as we were briefly there "to look", smelt very strong to cigars everywhere.

Some employees speak a bit English but others absolutely not. I asked one lady in the bar from the first floor where the toilet was, and she showed me the reception. She was also not friendly.

Reception area and Lift are very dark. Strange thing is that employees use a flashlight to clean tables and floor and do not pay attention to turn down the light when they move it around. As we were sitting in the bar, the light went direct into my eyes, which was very unpleasant. Why don't they just make the room brighter? Cocktails were good.

Btw, there is a great restaurant (Yakitori) just the Street besides the hotel.

Loved, enjoyed, appreciated. Special high-fives to concierge!
Pros:

We had such a great stay at the Shanghai Edition. Location, service, food, all 5 stars. Our King Bund View Suite was a wonderful relaxing timeless retreat from the bustling crowds of Nanjing Lu and the Bund. Zero complaints, all positive. Yes, can be pricey but worth it. Spacious, peaceful, luxurious, and bright. An extra shout-out to concierge who helped us in so many ways - tickets to the LV ship, the local apps, and other confusing stuff. Xie Xie!

Good for a short city stay, stunning views
Pros:

This hotel offers what are likely the best views of the Bund in Shanghai. The location is unbeatable, situated right on Nanjing Road, making it an ideal choice for a short city break. I was especially impressed by the personal touch; despite my birthday being a few days away, they thoughtfully sent a card and cake to my room. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable.

Cons:

Great views from the terrace bar, but a very poor policy: tables are only available if you buy a bottle of exclusive liquor, which is frustrating for staying guests.

Room service is overpriced (68 RMB for a cup of milk), and the restaurant staff is quite slow.

More importantly, there are serious hygiene concerns, such as staff holding food bowls with their fingers inside the rim. Definitely needs better training

Although it was not stipulated the hotel required a large security deposit for 2 night stay - RMB 4000
