Comfy and great staff!
Parking
We were told a crib would be available for our baby, but the crib they tried to give us was stained and crusted with bodily fluids. Then they made us pay extra for a room with an additional bed for our baby to sleep in.
Breakfast was not included, but the coffee was very good. The room was clean and quiet.
The only negative was that the directions to reach the place were not updated after the main highway underwent major alterations for getting to downtown Springfield.

The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were good. The size of room was adequate for my wife and I. It's a simple, clean and comfortable establishment.
Parking is tight.
Overpriced for what it was, location was strange either way a cannabis shop next door, parking lot was small and even arriving strange people outside one of whine was screaming weird noises. Terrible road noise that could be heard all night.
There is no breakfast. Sketchy part of town. If not a "big" weekend (for example, Univ. of Oregon graduation), you can do better for the same or even less money.
There are just better options.

The room was overpriced because of events nearby. It was almost 400.00 for 2 days and that's a excessive for an Econo Lodge. The parking was minimal and horrible.
Bella went above and beyond to help me. We used booking . Com to book. They never sent the reservation to the the hotel. We were hung up on 3 times, yet Bella called them and was very stern, my guest wants to check in. They finally refunded my cc and I was able to rebook and get my room
Thank you so much. If I’m ever in need I would stay with them again.
