Отель очень хорош, вежливый и внимательный персонал, хорошее месторасположение, классный бассейн с красивым видом. На завтраке есть что выбрать из еды. Без проблем можно оставить чемоданы на время ожидания заселения/трансфера.

Cons:

Единственный маленький минус - вид с окна в стену соседнего отеля, буквально 3 метра от окна уже стена и высокий переулок, окно не открывается, и даже на небо не взглянуть

Velmi příjemný personál v hale i na recepci, proto se sem rádi vracíme.
Poloha hotelu nám vyhovuje k našim aktivitám.

Nechci hotel kritizovat, všichni se snaží.

Nyní probíhá již druhým rokem v okolí stavba, tak v některých pokojích je větší hluk.

Minulý rok byla v ceně pokoje snidaně, letos nebyla nabízena v ceně pokoje, byla za extra příplatek, ale velmi dobrá.

Stala se mi nepříjemná věc, zapomněla jsem si URČITĚ v pokoji malou taštišku s pár osobními věcmi. Oddělení se zákazníky se opravdu snažilo vše dohledat, ale nic se údajně nenašlo. Mrzelo mě to. Každopádně primárně to byla moje chyba. Jen jsem byla přesvědčená , že si věci za týden převezmu.

завтрак — просто великолепный. мы останавливались во многих отелях в бангкоке и вообще в таиланде, и здесь был, пожалуй, один из лучших завтраков за всю поездку. особенно понравилась яичная станция, где яйца готовят прямо при вас так, как вы хотите. всё очень вкусно, выбор хороший — ради завтрака сюда действительно хочется вернуться

Cons:

к сожалению, фотографии отеля создают совсем другое впечатление. на снимках номера выглядят современными, свежими и технологичными, но в реальности наш номер оказался довольно старым и сильно изношенным. мебель и отделка местами обшарпаны, общее ощущение от номера было не очень приятным

особенно не понравилась ванная комната: всё выглядело настолько несвежим, что в душ было неприятно заходить босиком. в целом чистоты и ощущения ухоженности очень не хватало

бассейн на крыше тоже разочаровал. сама идея и вид хорошие, но вода была с какими-то хлопьями, а стеклянные ограждения вокруг бассейна выглядели грязными. из-за этого пользоваться бассейном совсем не хотелось

мне кажется, отелю очень нужно обновление. у него хороший потенциал, и по фотографиям видно, каким современным он задумывался, но сейчас реальное состояние уже сильно отличается от того, что показывают при бронировании

Great staff, cultural area.
Pros:

The area was authentic Thai, not loads of tourists. Pratunam markets were not far. Beautiful park just up the street. The staff were amazing. They were so helpful and efficient. The rooms are renovated and look modern and are a good size.

Cons:

Our room had a really musty smell. I wrote to the staff in a feedback sheet, so hopefully they can fix the damp problem. It was the only negative.
