Returning guests satisfied as always
Pros:

We are returning guests. We love the place because the staff is friendly, welcoming and flexible. This time we had one of the suites and we were amazed by the size and spaciousness of the room. Safe underground parking is still a great bonus.

Everything just clicks
Pros:

We are returning guests. We enjoy the private underground garage, the sizeable room, the effective AC, and the location that is just perfect for our Sofia visits. The biggest advantage is the staff - they are nice, supportive and flexible. A steady point in our Sofia visits for several years now.

Cons:

This is a well managed hotel, and everything just clicks.
