Definitely recommend to stay here
Pros:

Location is very awesome and the security is great too as well.

Cons:

Room could smell a lot better because you can definitely smell cigarette smoke mixed in with chemicals.

I was okay, but will not plan a stay there in the future.
Pros:

The friendly staff and the location of the hotel was good since we were there for Seaworld.

Cons:

The size of the room was small for a family of 4, inconvenient to not have a tub. The hallways were always hot and one elevator was out and the other didn’t seem to work properly at times, and besides being hot, dirty floors and stainless steel. The breakfast was not the best, and also the water pressure at the shower will go and come back. Not enough toilet paper or towels for a 4 night stay, neither their cleaning services. The price was a bit high for the conditions of the place.

Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast, shuttle service, pantry and the knowledgeable staff. The staff made this the best stay. No matter what I asked pertaining to the hotel or city. They had an answer.

Cons:

I didn't like the size of the room which is just my preference. I also didn't like not having a tube for my son to bath but, we made it work with the shower.

Bedding was not clean. Room and carpet were not clean either but Bedding was what really grossed me out.

It was extraordinary, I’ll be back in July!!!
Pros:

The property was very convenient to go to Sea World and Lackland Air Force base. There’s plenty of restaurants near by and tons of things to do.

Cons:

The only thing was that the hallways were hot most of the time.

Exceptionally courtesy people
Pros:

The courtesy of the front desk at check in and check out. The elevator was out of order, and He told us before we even checked in if we wanted to cancel for free amd find another hotel. Or we could move to the first floor for a different room. He also gave us each a free water. Extremely polite too.
