Disappointed and it’s such a shame as the hotel has potential.

The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
The hotel has such potential but needs refurbishment and redecoration.

Quite a lot of negatives with this hotel.
The hotel is damp and it’s very obvious when you arrive.
No heating was on in the bedroom no facilities to turn the heating on.
The gardens are overgrown.
When we checked out no human presence on reception.
We had breakfast on morning 1 but didn’t for the 2nd morning.
We won’t be returning.

We will return to La Flambee on our next visit to Bergerac.
Pros:

The old beautiful hotel has a certain charm. The room was large with lots of windows and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about La Flambee.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel au calme en pleine nature et propre du centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre très spacieuse et très confortable . Le restaurant est très bien.je recommande cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

être dans une dépendance sans en être informe. minibar inutilisable téléphone non branche télévison ne fonctionne pas connection internet indisponible 1 soir sur 2 oblige de demande un chauffage a point (peu pratique a déplacer dans la salle de bain) coffre fort trop petit pour PC prise électrique déffectueuse (cache arrache quand on débranche un chargeur )sèche cheveux oblige de tenir le doigt dessus pour ne pas qu il s arrête niveau sécurité éclairage extérieur non allume donc oblige de s éclairé avec son potable (je suis a mobilité réduite et avoir informe j hôtelier). éclat de verre par terre dans a chambre qui a blesse le pied de mon fils .on ne risquait pas d ouvrir une fenêtre car obstruée par la végétation (heureusement trop d insectes)
