Am vorletzten Tag war die Dusche leider ziemlich schmutzig und die Handtücher nicht aufgefüllt, was aber ziemlich schnell behoben wurde.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang. Hervorragend freundlich und sehr guter Service! Tolles Frühstück. Klasse Zimmer und vor allem ruhig, habe nichts von Zimmernachbarn gehört. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten drei Zimmer und das Hotel war so schlau und hat diese drei Zimmer gleich nebeneinander gelegt. Ist nicht immer üblich. Wir kommen wieder!!!
P.S: die Lage war auch super, ca. 10 Minuten mitten in die City, 20 Minuten bis zur Kathedrale.

Sehr bequeme Matratzen, modernes ruhiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücks Buffet, Spa Bereich mit indoor Pool und Jacuzzi.

A fantastic stay at Protur Naisa Palma Hotel!
The hotel is modern, stylish, and feels almost brand new. The rooftop swimming pool and terrace are a great place to relax after exploring Palma. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

What really made the difference was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any requests. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after. Excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellente expérience à Palma.
Pros:

L’emplacement, style de l’hôtel agréable et reposant. Le personnel est très accueillant, la boisson offerte à l’arrivée est très appréciable. Un emplacement de parking utilisable durant le séjour et quelques heures après le check out. Un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent.

Cons:

La ventilation de la climatisation de la chambre était un peu trop forte et ne pouvait pas être réglée.
