Lihtsalt super! Jäime väga rahule. Ainult kiidusõnad, sest juba enne saabumist saime Bookingu kaudu majutusasutusest broneerida autorendi. See oli ülimugav, kuna saabudes ootas auto meid juba hotelli parklas koos rendifirma esindajaga. Kõigile küsimustele vastati enne reisi kirjavahetuses väga kiiresti. Kohale jõudsime enne check-in'i aega ning saime kohe pagasi hotelli jätta ja autoga lähedal asuvaid ujumiskohti avastama minna. Autorendi soovitan kõigil võtta hotelli kaudu, sest autot saab mugavalt ja turvaliselt hotelli maa-aluses parklas hoida. Parkimine maksis küll 18 € ööpäevas, kuid südamerahu nimel tasub see end ära, kuna mujale poleks autot parkida olnudki. Linnas oli autoga liigelda ülimalt lihtne ja mugav. Vanalinna soovitan avastada jalgsi või rattaga, sest katedraali vaade on lihtsalt imeilus. Hotelli lähedal olid kohe väikesed supermarketid. Hotell ise näeb väga ilus ja uus välja. Kohapeal olid jõusaal, sisebassein, katuseterrass basseini, päevitustoolide ja baariga. Kes soovib ka lihtsalt hotellis puhata, sellele soovitan seda kohta kindlasti. Kohapeal sai rentida ka jalgrattaid (11 € ratas terveks päevaks), mis pole üldse kallis ja on väga mõnus viis minna ujuma või linna avastama. Meie tuba oli tavaline kaheinimesetuba, kuid väga ilus, avar ja mugav. Suur lai voodi ning nii mõnusad tekid ja padjad, et hommikul oli raske voodist välja saada. Vannituba oli väga suur ja avar ning kõige tähtsam – kliimaseade töötas suurepäraselt, mis oli eriti mõnus, arvestades, et väljas oli 37 kraadi sooja. Hommikusöök oli suurepärane ja valikut oli väga palju. Soe buffee, külmlaud, puuviljad, mahlad – ühesõnaga lai valik head ja paremat. Hommikusöögisaali teenindajad olid sõbralikud. Check-out'i päeval saime pagasi hotelli jätta ja rattad rentida, et minna veel Cala Majori randa ujuma ning vanalinnas ringi sõitma. Eriline kiitus vastuvõtus töötavale Abrilile – nii positiivne, sõbralik ja lahke. Tegite meie peatuse tõeliselt mugavaks.

Lovely well located hotel with rooftop pool
Pros:

Well located hotel. Great size rooftop pool with Bali Beds for hire for just €25 for a full day which felt great value for money given the heatwave during our visit. Super spacious bedroom with really comfy bed. All staff happy and friendly. Well stocked breakfast with different options each day.

Cons:

If I had to pick something I’d say our bathroom (room 515) was looking a little tired around the edges. The shower tray was peeling and the toilet roll holder and control were slightly hanging off the wall. You could also hear drainage from other bathrooms echoing in our room. Likewise the gym felt a little cramped with dated equipment. These things by no means dampened our trip though and we’d happily recommend this hotel! A small bit of maintenance and TLC would take it to “outstanding”.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, jedoch sehr hellhörige Zimmer
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Schon die Lobby ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr leise. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichthaltig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer in diesem Hotel sehr hellhörig. Der Grund dafür sind fehlende Türdichtungen und ein Schlitz unter der Tür. Daher hört man wirklich alles vom Gang vor dem Zimmer. Angefangen von Türen die ins Schloss fallen, über Gespräche am Gang bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal, welches seine Arbeit in den Zimmern verrichtet. Man hört am Gang sogar wenn Leute in den Zimmern reden oder sich duschen - als wäre da gar keine Türe. Manchmal wackelt sogar die Wand und das Bett wenn jemand in den benachbarten Zimmern die Türe schließt. Wenn also andere in den Bewertungen schreiben, dass die Zimmer sehr ruhig sind, kann ich das beim besten Willen nicht nachvollziehen.

Das Bad hat leider keine Türe im eigentlichen Sinn. Lediglich eine Art Gartenzaun, den man vor den Eingang schieben kann. Daher ist es im Zimmer recht laut, wenn jemand im Bad duscht oder sich föhnt. Und das Fenster des Zimmers ist recht groß, was eigentlich schön ist. Aber wenn man nicht will, dass jemand ins Zimmer sieht, muss man eine komplett abdunkelnde Rollo herunterfahren. Einen einfachen lichtdurchlässigen Vorhang gibt es leider nicht.

Aufgrund der Mängel entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist daher schlecht. Wirklich Schade, da das Hotel ja wirklich sehr schön ist.

Perfect verblijf, niet twijfelen.
Pros:

Één van de mooiste hotels waar wij ooit hebben verbleven. Heel stijlvol. Super vriendelijk personeel. Heel uitgebreid en dagelijks variërend ontbijt. Super cleane kamer met domotica. Kan niets negatiefs bedenken.
