Loved the location. While we had a car, it was easy to walk to shops, the mercados, restaurants and sites. Breakfast was delicious.

Die Balibetten am Pool müssen reserviert und bezahlt werden. Ansonsten sind sehr wenig liegen vorhanden.

Poolbaren kunde ha öppet längre, åtminstone till 8pm.
Śniadania były niezwykle smaczne i różnorodne – każdy bez problemu znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo doceniamy również możliwość zamówienia posiłku na wcześniejszą godzinę. Skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji ze względu na poranny lot i byliśmy zachwyceni tą możliwością. Baseny (kryty i otwarty na dachu) to także świetna opcja na relax po całym dniu zwiedzania. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Hotel Review
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—from the food and the beautiful lobby to the professionalism and kindness of the staff. It is truly a phenomenal hotel, and I would have loved to leave this review with nothing but positive comments.
Unfortunately, however, I also feel it is important to share something very disappointing that happened during our stay. After leaving the hotel, I realized that a pair of 18-karat yellow gold hoop earrings and a small silver ring with a sapphire were missing.
I do not want to unfairly accuse the housekeeper who serviced our room, and I have no desire to point fingers without absolute proof. However, based on the photos I have and the fact that I know I was wearing these pieces before our stay and never wore them again after leaving the hotel, I strongly believe they disappeared while we were there. Sadly, everything points to the possibility that they were taken from the room.
I made the mistake of thinking these items were safe outside the hotel safe. I only realized they were missing too late, when we were already in another part of Spain, making it impossible to address the situation immediately.
What hurts me the most is that the earrings were inherited from my grandmother, who passed away in November 2025. They have enormous sentimental value to me and cannot truly be replaced.
I am sharing this not to damage the reputation of a hotel that was otherwise phenomenal, but because I believe the management should be aware of what happened. If this happened to me, it could potentially happen to another guest as well. I sincerely hope the hotel will look into this matter carefully and take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that guests can feel completely safe leaving their belongings in their rooms.
Despite this unfortunate experience, I want to emphasize that the food, the lobby, and the overall hotel experience were truly excellent.
