All group reservations where clients book 3 or more units are subject to different cancelation and stay policies. There is a 3-month cancelation period for all these bookings.

J’ai vraiment bien aimais la réception très à l’écoute et à la recherche de la satisfaction du client que j’apprécie beaucoup

Une des serveur du restaurant adorable oui mais manque un peu de professionnalisme y compris le petit déjeuner pour un palais de se genre vous pouvez mieux faire

Een PRACHTIGE verblijf!
Pros:

We werden heel goed behandeld door het personeel! We kregen daarbij ook een super mooi suite Met uitzicht op zwembad! Ik raad het echt aan iedereen aan. Het was ook super kalm dus je kan echt genieten van je vakantie :)

Chambre immense et cadre magnifique
Pros:

La chambre immense était dingue avec une terrasse vraiment spacieuse, une piscine très sympa et bien entretenue.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner assez léger et le fait qu'un serveur prenne une commande nous devons attendre et ne sommes pas sur de ce que nous voulons et des quantités.
Le personnel de chambre venait entre 15 et 17h c'était un peu déssagreable

Ces vacances au Maroc sont, sans aucun doute, les les meilleures de mon existence...
Pros:

Le site est conforme à mes attentes, on s'y s'en bien, un accueil fabuleux avec un personnel incroyablement avenant. Que dire du restaurant sinon que c'est parfait (ne changez rien) et pour finir, j'ai adoré l'appartement 14, une pépite selon moi.
Merci beaucoup au personnel, je recommande fortement cet établissement... un incontournable en ce qui me concerne.
