Falta de atención a los detalles, mala relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

La bañera, la cama y el tamaño de la habitación. La pileta, el hidromasaje y el sauna. El restaurante donde sirven el desayuno y las vistas del puerto desde allí. El desayuno es excelente.

Cons:

Poca aislación entre los sanitarios y el comedor, se escucha todo. Falta de atención a los detalles: el shampoo y el jabón de ducha estaban vacíos, el servicio a la habitación inexistente, el bar cierra antes de lo que anuncia y las vistas desde la habitación no son buenas, ves directamente los edificios de enfrente. Se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor por el precio que cuesta la noche acá.

Very unique
Pros:

Everything but the cheese platter. It was such a wonderful place to stay and the breakfas5id what will bring me back

Cons:

Just the cheese platter that I paid extra for, it was 3 types of cheese, two being slabs with no knives sbd also... Blue? Pew! Fruit jelly and about 8 crackes... Again, no knife.

A relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and straight forward when answering questions, made it easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was also very good, especially having different options for cooked eggs which i havent seen from a hotel before and just having a large range of food to pick from.

Overall my stay, even for one night, was great, would stay again.

Liked the too and the upmarket feel of the hotel.

Cons:

The bath was dirty (had hair/ pubes in it ) and floor could be cleaner.

Good location.
Pros:

Lovely room. The bath was big and deep, so great for a soak. Loved the double shower. Staff were so helpful.

Cons:

The bath plug was leaking. We let reception know and it was fixed straight away. No cutlery other than a teaspoon.

Pros:

Excellent stay, welcoming and friendly staff, room is clean and modern (love the bath), (facilities) spa, pool and gym clean and functional. Close to Seoul Night, we love the food and drinks there. Close to viaduct, gorgeous walk.

Cons:

Valet parking a little on the expensive side but it is what it is.
