La situation géographique. Le confort et le design des chambres. La possibilité de laisser les bagages gratuitement après le Check-out, ce qui permet de profiter de la ville avant de reprendre l’avion.
La piscine qui ne ressemble en réalité pas du tout aux photos. Il s’agit plutôt d’un couloir de nage en sous sol avec une eau plutôt froide que chaude. Le rooftop dont les photos sont également trompeuses par rapport à la réalité.
Bon emplacement dans la ville.

I literally checked in had a shower then had to jet and didnt even stay there at all. It was an expensive shower at 476 bucks haha

Beautiful room, loved the jacuzzi and pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great.
It would be great if breakfast had signs for allergies. I had to keep asking on each item if it had dairy and gluten in it. One staff member never came back to me, others were busy would help then run off. Eventually I gave up and just had the basics rather than ask for each item.

Nothing really. The bath is a luxurious touch but takes up a bit of space if you’re not into baths
Everything you need in one place, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the Spa is divine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, a short walk to the viaduct and many food and drink options close by.
The location was terrific.
From arrival, staff were not very attentive. Having to contact reception continuously took away the relaxation of our stay.
