Arquitectura tradicional del eje cafetero
Pros:

El hotel es espectacular, iene ese encanto típico de las haciendas cafeteras: colorida, imponente y con un diseño artesanal impecable. La comida típica exquisita.

Se cumple sin crear experiencia memorable.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es idial para las personas que desean visitar Panaca. La zona es tranquila con casas y hoteles de campo. Cerca a la cabecera del municipio de Quimbaya. Las habitaciones cómodas y el hotel con un mantenimiento aceptable. Buenas zonas verdes y jardines.

Cons:

Ruido en las noches producto de los trabajos en lavandería, panadería y otros. Incluso música con alto volumen por parte de empleados. Se recomienda usar audífonos. La calidad de alimentos y bebidas es regular . Menú muy básico, temperatura no ideal. Tomar la opción de almorzar en Decameron Panaca es ideal para tener la alimentación a la mano sin salir del parque, sin embargo su restaurante es desordenado, la comida no es buena y la atención despreocupada. Licores en el bar no son Premium.

La nefasta comunicación entre el hotel y el usuario a la hora de hacer la reserva. No tiene nada que ver con la plataforma como tal de booking, es entre el mismo decameron y el usuario.

El único comentario que tendría es que en el buffet dieran un café de origen recién molido para diferenciar este Decameron del eje cafetero de los demás

Las habitaciones son amplias, bien ventiladas, con buena iluminación. La comida deliciosa y variada. Todo el personal es muy amable.
