Pros:

Front desk found us a table in a very popular restaurant at a VERY short notice.
Was offered a voucher for a drink as a way of an apology for not having my room cleaned on two consecutive days.
Breakfast is outstanding. Can’t say the same about dinner though, which was rather disappointing.
Nevertheless, staff at the restaurants were very helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned up for two days in a row, even though I’d left it at around 8:30 am on both days, and specifically asked the front desk to send someone to clean it.
Shower head was spattering water all around. I did complaint and it was fixed.
I didn’t realise it was a “dry” hotel until I asked for directions to the bar and only to be told they had none, but that’s more of “me” issue” as I’ve should have checked!
Moreover, for the most expensive hotel in Sarajevo, the expectations were sky high. Carpet in the room has seen much better days. Bed mattress was rock solid!! Lighting system in the room was somewhat complicated.

Pros:

Otroligt omtänksam personal med ett fint bemötande. Bra läge och bekväma rum! Definitivt värt ett besök! Det här är andra gången vi kommer hit och är lika nöjda som förut. Tack till all personal som verkligen anstränger sig för att ge sina besökare en positiv upplevelse.

Man kann es nicht beschreiben, man muss es erleben.

Zuerst vielen lieben Dank an unseren Rezeptionisten Hasan. Ein sehr toller Mensch,sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Zimmer bekommen,und haben uns Wort wörtlich, wie auf Wolken gefühlt.
Das ganze Personal von diesem Hotel ist sehr sehr sehr freundlich. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber. Swissotel ist sehr Central. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bis in die Innenstadt sind es nur 2 km ,die man zu Fuß erreicht. Vom Hotel bis zu Baščaršija am Fluss entlang,sieht man sehr viel von der Schönheit und Geschichte Sarajevos. Die Luft ist sehr sauber. Die Stadt ist wunderschön . Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich, die Preise sind super,nicht übertrieben . Also ich kann nur sagen. Man kann dieses Land nicht beschreiben, man muss es selber erleben. ♡

Отличие от Свисотеля, допустим в Стамбуле, существенное. Это больше как бизнес отель. Ничего сверхъестественного. Завтра отличный.
