Thats perfect hotel and location.
Pros:

I like property location so much. Also some staff was excellent. Ensar in restaurant and Hasan in front desk. They were really friendly, helpful and perfect guys with huge smile. Also Alen was good in Lobby Cafe. Also vallet team is great.

Cons:

Lobby cafe staff is out, they are now good except Alen (he was good totally). I can't say the same for the other lobby bar staff; they lack smiles, it's as if they don't want to serve. Breakfast is good, but when it's crowded and people from outside come, the quality of breakfast drops significantly. It looks like everything has been ransacked, creating a scene unworthy of the Swiss Hotel's quality. It's essential that a manager is present to organize breakfast. It could also be a bit cleaner.

Visiting Sarajevo
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and the rooms very confortable and clean, with all the amenities available. The floor is heated, including the shower floor. We were offered a room upgrade with a great view and the 1st mini bar was for free too. The staff is extremely friendly (from transfer driver, to door man, waiters, cleaning personal, etc). Really friendly! The breakfast pastry was delicious! The lounge is very spacious and the outside area is very nice and confortable. It is close to 2 big malls (1 is actually part of the same builging). The room service is very quick and the option for meals after 23h is also quite good.

Cons:

The restaurant food is not 5 star level and, despite being very friendly, it's clear that a part of the waitering staff is not trained for the same level. The hotel serves no alchool, which was not a problem at all for me, but it's something that should be on the description of the hotel (maybe it is and I just missed it). The halal breakfast was diversed but only among salads and cereals (a bit of continental and a bit of english, with not many options for meat). It is not that close to the city centre (30min walk to old town). As it didn't meet all the expectations of a 5 star hotel, it was not that cheap.
