Fantastisk opphold på Swissôtel
Pros:

God beliggenhet, i akseptabel gangavstand til gamlebyen, Latinerbroen m.m. Utrolig hyggelig personale, som var veldig serviceinnstilt. God frokost, fine og rene rom med en fantastisk utsikt. Manglet aldri noe. Hadde et fantastisk opphold, og kommer gjerne igjen!

Cons:

Det er ikke mye å klage på, men kan nevne noen mindre viktige ting:

-Sengene var litt harde, men sov godt hver natt
-Vannet i bassenget var for kaldt til at 3 av 4 ønsket å bade. Vår 10-åring badet imidlertid hver dag, og elsket det.
-Litt dårlig trykk i dusjen på rommet, og vannet ble ikke skikkelig varmt
-Vinduene var ganske skitne på utsiden, som var synd når utsikten er så fantastisk

Alles top außer, dass die extrem geizig mit Wasser sind, was ich bei den Zimmer Preisen nicht verstehen kann

Cons:

Sehr wenig Wasser.
Wenn man ein Zimmer an 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern vermietet, reichen keine zwei kleinen 0,25 l Wasserflaschen pro Nacht.
Find ich bisschen frech bei den Preisen!

Cons:

Le salon n’a pas de rideau et l’enfant devrait y dormir sur le canapé-lit. La pièce est TRÈS TRÈS éclairée même la nuit sans parler du jour qui se lève. il ne devrait pas la proposer comme pièce pour dormir!
