Clean, good location, comfortable
The staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The hotel was very nice and comfortable and in the perfect location for the trip.
My husband and I were on a road trip and were so thankful to end up at this Gainesville hotel! The minute we walked in we were greeted by Natasha who was the best! Our room was clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back! A++

I was double charged for the room. The room cost $200 and I was charged 500 for it before I even got to the room then I was told I’d have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund during the process of that time my car payment didn’t go through in my bank overdrafted.

After driving for 10 hours we decided to have Siri find us the closet Holiday Inn. We called and made a reservation. Upon arrival we realized that we were at the Holiday Inn a few exits south of where we should be. Natashua at the front desk was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Along with Nikki the House Keeping Supervisor. Natashua with two phones to her head cancelling the mistake and making sure we weren't charged and Nikki, waiting beside her to get the word to get a King room ready. Done in 15 minutes, no sweat. I love the south, but this here.....that's some good ole southern hospitality. If you ever get the chance to stay at this location, Tell them, Tito says hello.

An excellent place with gracious people working throughout the complex. Everything was clean and enjoyable. It's a perfect location actually with food, entertainment, and college campus nearby. We'd definitely stay again if this direction.
We checked in with Precious and she was super friendly and made a connection with us immediately. Great attitude, great service and she represents the Brand extremely well.
