Extremely Clean Beautiful Hotel with Friendly Staff
Pros:

Hotel Indigo was impeccably clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and aside from the minimal street noise, this location was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Beautiful, clean and friendly staff who offered great recommendations.

Great Location! Beautiful room, w/city views, clean, clean, clean. Loved having normal size lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom for use. Bathroom is set up like a spa. Loved it! That shower was amazing! The staff was my favorite, they accommodated, were friendly, attentive, informative and kind. Liked having breakfast and a bar at the hotel as well. The bartender was friendly!

Nice hotel.
Pros:

The room was nice. Loved the window and shades. Bathroom was roomy. Decor was nice. Nice hotel, a bit expensive. Nice location. Ottawa in the restaurant was the BEST... very kind, very friendly. Great Breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was CRAP... My husband and I shared a bed. It fell in the middle! Not just sagged. FELL. The bed was the worst.
Another of our rooms (3 ttl in our group) had to change rooms because their bed broke.
