Gerne wieder - außerhalb der Hochpreisphase
Pros:

Während der weltweit größten Schiffsbaumesse eine einigermaßen bezahlbare Unterkunft zu finden, ist völlig utopisch. Deshalb ging ich, trotz tlw. furchtbare Rezensionen, das Abenteuer ein, dieses bezahlbare Hotel zu buchen. Ich wurde positiv überrascht. Natürlich ist es kein Luxushotel, aber ich habe eine Woche gut darin verbracht. Es ist offensichtlich überwiegend von Monteuren belegt, mit dem Vorteil, dass tagsüber kaum jemand im Haus ist. Überraschend: die vorgeschriebene "Nachtruhe" ab 22 Uhr wurde nie gestört.
Mir sind solche "Mitbewohner" lieber, als solche, die wohl nur Luxushotels gewohnt sind und sonst wohl auch bezahlen?

Cons:

Natürlich könnte eine gründliche Sanierung einiges bewirken. Andererseits: Von den angeblichen Schädlingen habe ich einen einzigen Silberfisch, sonst nichts, gesehen. Obwohl ich fast den ganzen Tag im Haus war und arbeitete. Ich nahm mir viel zu wenig Zeit für die wunderschöne Alsterquelle.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist korrekt.
Pros:

Die Lage, die Ruhe, das Personal, genügend Stellplätze direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Frühstück.

Cons:

The room smelled cigarette the whole night and from the moment we entered the room. Pillows were way to old and soft to sleep on! No hangers for towels or jackets! And the room was full of mosquitoes and spiders. Bad experience!

Kort en ok voor één nacht.
Pros:

Ontbijt kon niet geregeld worden. Er werd ons verteld dat dit al enige tijd niet meer gefacliteerd kon worden.

Cons:

Het hele hotel had weinig uitstraling: beetje vergane glorie. Ok voor één nacht maar ik zou hier echt niet langer willen verblijven.

Ik zou niet nogmaals hier boeken.
Pros:

Het hotel is oud en donker en ruikt muf. We hadden specifiek om een kamer met 4 bedden gevraagd en kwamen in een kamer die naar hond rook en slaapbanken hadden. Uiteindelijk hebben we een andere kamer gekregen. De bedden in deze kamer lagen goed en de kamer was schoon. Het is echt een hotel voor doorreizen waarbij er niemand langer dan een nacht verblijft.

Für unsere Zwecke war es ok, alleine schon der Preis.
Pros:

Frühstück gab es nicht.
Für uns war die Lage gut

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, Bad nicht wirklich sauber, Teppiche schrecklich!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist leider negativ.
Pros:

Zugang zum Hotel, Check-in, Rechnungsstellung und E-Mail-Kommunikation verliefen problemlos und einwandfrei!
Das Bad, Dusche/WC waren soweit sauber und funktionierten.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war schlecht. Die Matratze roch muffig, Teppiche und Polster des Gestühls im Zimmer waren sehr fleckig und hätten schon längst grundgereinigt bzw. ersetzt werden müssen. Drei Sterne sind für den Zustand dieses Hotels nicht mehr angemessen.

Pros:

Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci serviva. Camera e bagno ampi, frigo in camera, parcheggio antistante e comodo per carico e scarico.

Cons:

Basterebbe usare qualcosa che assorba i cattivi odori di maleducati che hanno fumato in passato. Con poco darebbero maggior lustro

Matras was goed.

Cons:

Over het algemeen zag de kamer er wat smoezelig en onverzorgd uit. In zowel de gang als de kamer hing een sterke geur van natte hond. De inrichting eenvoudig en de kamer oogde weinig verzorgd.
