Pésimo, falaz, engañoso.
Pros:

Tuve una muy mala experiencia. No volvería jamás y tampoco usaré booking de nuevo.

Cons:

La estadía fue deleznable. Pagamos la mejor habitación con la promesa de aire acondicionado, pero el servicio fue arbitrariamente manipulado desde un panel central, deshabilitando el modo frío y obligándonos a pasar noches sofocantes, con calor insoportable y pésimo descanso.

Me comuniqué incesantemente con recepción (y Booking), pero los empleados mostraron una falta total de respeto y empatía: mintieron reiteradamente sobre el funcionamiento del aire, se negaron a resolver el problema y hasta se burlaron de nosotros. Booking directamente se hizo a un lado. Ni una disculpa, ni una solución, solo excusas absurdas y un trato indigno.

Un hotel que pretende ser cuatro estrellas no puede ofrecer semejante engaño y maltrato. La experiencia fue vergonzosa, paupérrima e inaceptable.

Espectacular Hotel termal
Pros:

La pileta termal con distintas opciones para alternar y muy buenos chorros de presión. La terraza con hidromasaje masaje y que podes tomar mate y sol. El desayuno muy completo

Los horarios del gimnasio que no es corrido y empieza tarde.
