Important information:

Please notice whenever a reservation is made for:
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the Aparthotel. All individual guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For more information, please contact the property.

Fantastic as long as you don’t get over enthusiastic and noisy neighbours.
Pros:

Clean. Modern. Helpful staff. Space. Easy access to tram into Amsterdam. Mattress was amazing. Great shower. Everything you need for a relaxing and safe stay, where you can get out of the city a bit. Great for families.

Cons:

Mate. The rooms weren’t sound proofed. You could hear neighbours like they were talking actually to you. And then of course, everyone like a bit of slap and tickles, but you don’t want to hear it!

Un luogo senz’anima

- ampia doccia
- pulizia

Cons:

- approccio freddo e formale del personale alla reception (eccessivamente burocrati)
- mancanza di un posteggio auto per carico/ scarico gratuito
- tavolo più adatto per scrivere che per mangiare
- mancanza di un numero sufficiente di stalli per biciclette (meglio se coperto)
- struttura alberghiera sdoganata come appartamento ma molto asettico in tutto (manca anima e passione)
- eccessiva distanza dal centro storico

Ideaal voor een trip met kinderen. Prachtig ingericht appartementje. Bad en douche. Goed bed. Keukentje perfect uitgerust met vaatwasser en combi was en droogmachine.

Pros:

Nosotros nos quedamos solo una noche pero creo que es una opcion si te quedas mas tiempo tiene una cocina equipada con todo.

Cons:

El baño olia mal y algo que suele ser complimentario en los hoteles como una pasta de dientes lo cobran a 3.50, sale mas a cuenta cogerla en el supermercado. Tampoco esta muy claro que haya que dejar deposito almenos yo iba buscando un lugar donde no hiciese falta y en este no salia nada hasta una vez ya lo habia reservado, creo que esto debe estar muy claro antes de hacer la reserva.

Pros:

Prijs was top.
Bedden waren groot en lagen super lekker.
Fijn dat er een deal is bij qpark om te parkeren. Dan is het 4 minuutjes lopen naar het hotel. Hier moet je wel om vragen bij de receptie, dit bieden ze uit hunzelf niet aan.

Kort vei til kollektivtransport, fin leilighet, burde blitt bedre rengjort og vedlikeholdt.
Pros:

God beliggenhet med nærhet til trikk og buss til sentrum og flyplass, samt kort vei å gå til dagligvarebutikk og kjøpesenter. Layout på leiligheten var bra med to dusjer og to toalett. Svært god mat i restauranten (kjøpte middag der en kveld). Godt ventilasjonssystem med mulighet til å få ønsket temperatur. Fint med døgnåpen resepsjon og heis (bodde i 3 etasje). Rent sengetøy og håndklær.

Cons:

Renholdet sto ikke til forventningene. Det hadde rent ting ned på veggene flere steder. Det dryppet noe fra kjøkkenvifta ned på platetoppen selv om den ikke ble brukt. Spisestuestolene har stoff i stolryggen og var flekkete, og 1-2 av dem var nokså slitt og flasset av fra setekanten i kunstig skinn. Det var flere steder det burde vært vasket bedre, som fliser over kjøkkenbenk, kant på kjøleskap og skapdører, søppelsortering, og i sprekken som er midt på spisebordet samt ymse veggflater.

Pros:

We really liked the apartment! The price and the conditions are amazing. It’s clean, MODERN, cozy and just beautiful. The sofa and the bed are really comfortable to sleep on. The stuff is friendly. The food in the bar is delicious.
