Zweckmäßige Übernachtung für Kurzbesuch in Banja Luka

großes Zimmer; großes Bad; freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum; kostenloses Parken neben dem Hotel; Frühstück Note 2 - 3 (den 3 Sternen des Hotels angemessen)

Cons:

kein Blick in den Garten, obwohl gebucht und in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnt - stattdessen Blick zur Straße; TV (Sendersuche) musste erst beim Personal erfragt werden - und dann kein deutscher TV-Sender!; laute Lüftung im Bad; Tür der Dusche defekt (ständig unten aus der Führung sowie Dichtung auf einer Seite lose); Kleinigkeiten/Details im Hotel könnten mal instand gesetzt werden, z. B. Beleuchtung der Treppenstufen (LED); alle 3 Nächte sehr lautes Nachbarzimmer (Jugendliche) - Poltern, Donnern, Rumkrakeelen

Cons:

Preglasno čišćenja soba i hodnika. Osoblje zaduženo za održavanje me budilo od ranog jutra, rukovanje usisivačem je jako bučno. Jedna osoba iz tima za održavanje pričala je preglasno na telefon ispred moje sobe, a ja sam, zbog puta, želela da spavam duže i da se odmorim što je bilo nemoguće.

Pros:

Hwt hotel ligt op een prima lokatie om Banja Luka te obtdekken. Dicht bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden en toch in een rustige straat. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Zolderkamer zonder uitzicht
Pros:

De kamer was heel schoon en de bedden comfortabel. Het was fijn dat er een airco in de kamer was, want het was erg heet. De geluidsisolatie was prima, want we hebben geen geluiden gehoord. Het ontbijt was keurig verzorgd.

Cons:

We zouden uitzicht hebben, maar we zaten op een zolderkamer met een schuin dakraam. Als we op het bed gingen staan konden we inderdaad naar buiten kijken, maar dat keek je naar een bouwval.
