Pros:

Location for racecourse also only £6 in uber to town centre and lovely that you can have a tree-lined walk along the side of the racecourse

Nothing the hotel is well run and staff are great

Excellent stay.
Pros:

All the staff are so friendly and happy to help.
Good quality food, extremely clean through out the hotel, good size comfortable room. Nice bar area and restaurant. Very good parking.

The Hilton led up to its name for quality, quality.
Pros:

The design and access of the hotel. Lifts very good. The room was lovely and large, with space to hang clothes. The bathroom was also large and being a wet room allowed for easy access to less able guests. The breakfast was excellent for its wide range of choice from full English to Continental. Wit ha chef always on hand meant the food was always fresh and requests for items such as omelettes was prepared as required. The staff in the breakfast area were always busy to keep the dining are a clean and replenish items as necessary ie juices etc. I have never stayed at a Hilton before, but from this experienced this hote; will be my first port of call. To all the staff from first check in at the reception and throughout our stay a very sincere thank you for making this a very memorable occasion.

Cons:

The bed it was far to low and with mobility problems made getting out of bed a difficult occassion.

Good, friendly quality hotel
Pros:

Made to feel welcomed. Rooms both lovely and spacious . Very clean and well presented throughout.
Had a dog with us...he was also treated nicely. Because of the dog we were sat separately with a table set up near the bar for breakfast...not too far from dining room...so fairly easy to choose and collect our food.
Disabled parking blocked off...was able to find an end of row space...staff came out to check all was ok .

Cons:

Food was difficult for one of us due to dairy intolerance. ( informed staff ) Oat milk available but food limited ....could have been offered an alternative to main breakfast buffet.
Disabled parking area closed.
