Staff in the main very helpful! When mistakes made staff work quickly to sort things out

Staff friendly, welcoming, well groomed and knowledgeable. Standards amazing
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The reception and support staff simply could not do more for us. The breakfast was delicious although a little under heated. The offer of eggs made to order I did not expect. Just fantastic. The room was immaculate and the view spectacular.

Cons:

The outdoor area tables could have been cleaned with more frequency. Pricing in reception area for items on sale.
Given the exceptional service and standards throughout, this would not impact the highest rating I can give. It’s a 15 from me

stay was lovely, this is the 4th year running we have stayed and we cant fault it

We had a race course view room and the view is amazing and the breakfast is beautiful and plenty of choice

Cons:

the Restaurant evening menu has changed over the last few years and the options available are not what they used to be, be nice to see more meat dishes on the menu
