Excellent !!
Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel!!
Le personnel était adorable, très attentionné, arrangeant, souriant, pouvait parler avec nous en anglais , c’était super!
Chambre très propre et spacieuse, on a très bien dormi.
Petit-déjeuner buffet bon.
Emplacement parfait!

Pros:

O staff era incrível, as pessoas gentis e muito atenciosas, chegamos muito cedo, 6 da manhã e nos receberam com um lanche. Também nos ajudaram com vários passeios e informações que precisávamos. A localização também era incrível, perto da rua com os bares, mas sem a confusão. O café da manhã era muito bom também. Quarto era confortável e espaçoso. E ótimo custo benefício, voltaria com certeza.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor limpo, mas nada que tenha afetado a estadia, apenas pequenos detalhes.

Amazing stay
Pros:

The location is central which means shops and restaurants, cafes etc are easily accessible and within walking distance. When we arrived at the hotel we were made welcomed and greeted by several members of staff where they offered us some fruits and some water. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious, you had a selection of fruits, some cakes, pancakes, different types of food and in addition to that you could alo order from a menu selection such as scrambled eggs or pho. All members of staff were friendly, polite, kind and welcoming. Will definitely be staying here again and i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I stayed here for 2 days and was really impressed with the service. The staff were so friendly and gave us some advice on where to visit and where to eat. The service was top. The hotel was also very well located. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff tried to be helpful at all times.

Cons:

Our room 703 was described as having a balcony with a city view. The balcony was the platform of a narrow, steel fire escape! (I am sure those in other rooms had a far better experience).
The property asked for payment in cash. (I had planned on using Travelex card).
The breakfast was ordinary with a poor selection.

Un excellent rapport qualité / prix dans un hôtel très accueillant
Pros:

Excellente prestation pour cet hôtel: une réactivité au top!
Un chauffeur nous attendait à notre arrivée à la gare, un autre à notre disposition pour visiter les tombeaux des empereurs.
Enfin, un troisième pour nous amener à notre destination suivante le lendemain, à des tarifs très raisonnables.
De bons conseils pour les visites.
Un personnel vraiment serviable et toujours souriant.
Hôtel très bien situé, non loin du centre ville et de la cité impériale.

Séjour parfait
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans une zone animée. Le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment chaleureux et aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider. La chambre est confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent : des fruits, quelques plats et parfois des crêpes. Possibilité de commander, en plus, des nouilles en soupe et des œufs. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est également très efficace et aux petits soins, la serveuse veillait toujours à ce que nous aillons tout ce qu'il nous fallait. La visite des tombeaux et les taxis que j'avais demandés pour rejoindre les villes alentours ont été organisés avec brio.
