Pros:

Ein rundum hervorragender Aufenthalt! Die Lage in Hue ist ausgezeichnet und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir der Check-out: Da ich auf das Frühstück verzichtet habe, wurde mir stattdessen sogar noch ein Kaffee gebracht – eine wirklich nette und aufmerksame Geste.
Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist wunderschön und hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet. Auch die Zimmer haben überzeugt: Sie sind gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Pros:

Personnel extrêmement attentionné. Emplacement dans un quartier animé et piétonnier le week-end, mais la chambre n'était pas bruyante. Possibilité de faire laver le linge. Copieux petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les oreillers sont un peu trop épais, mais tout le reste était parfait.

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città
Pros:

Struttura centralissima in una delle vie più frequentate soprattutto del pomeriggio in poi. Camera ben pulita e staff molto accogliente e pronto ad aiutarti con suggerimenti sulle principali attrazioni della città. Altra nota più che positiva: la colazione! Abbondante e pronta ad assecondare gusti orientali e occidentali.

Exceptional value for money
Pros:

Everything was great. It was very clean, the room was a decent size. The staff were very nice. The room was serviced every day, with new towels given. On Friday and I suppose Saturday, the street it is on becomes walking street. The area was very lively. Breakfast was ok, mostly geared towards the Vietnamese palate. Exceptional value for money.

Guest service to a tee
Pros:

The staff were very attentive from the moment I arrived. They offered me tea and a pre cut mandarin. Took my luggage upstairs while I sat and discussed my plans. I didn’t have anything planned for that day other than laundry, but they took care of that and organised a driver to take me to a couple of sites they recommended in the afternoon (not already on my next day’s tour). There was a wonderful spread for breakfast and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
