Un popas de neuitat
Pros:

Un popas minunat, o încântare ca de obicei. Personal profesionist atât în hotel, cât și la restaurant și pe plaje. Totul strălucește de curățenie, oamenii sunt zâmbitori și gata de ajutor dacă e nevoie.
Servicii de top care de-a lungul timpului nu au scăzut în calitate.

Better hotels nearby, staff needs a reality check.

Nice hotel, good location.

Cons:

Breakfast way too short, only until 9:30. Loredana from the reception has a very bad and disappointing attitude, she did not want to be at her job and it took her 25 minutes to get us checked in, for no reason. Made us pay for parking and then we didn’t even have to. By the way, bed is very uncomfortable. The Romanian workers had a bad attitude. We got called 10 minutes after we went to the room to move our cars from the front of the hotel that were not in the way, (because the parking is far), after we were told that 20 minutes is ok. The funny thing is we moved our cars, other people parked there and nobody told them anything, their cars stayed there until next morning. I’ve stayed at better 3-4 star hotels in Mangalia than this one, disappointing that it is the only 5 star hotel and that it has such a bad way of treating guests.

Nu mi-a plăcut!

Doar curatenie!

Cons:

Faptul ca am facut rezervare pe booking și am selectat ca plătim la proprietate,mi-au luat imediat banii de pe card,lucru care mi-a displăcut total!Am luat cazare cu mic dejun și am plătit o suma de 2925 de lei pentru 3 zile ,parcare 50 de lei pe zi și dacă vroiam la piscină trebuia să plătesc 150 de lei pe zi pentru faptul ca nu am luat pensiune complecta lucru care nu era specificat pe booking,erau pentru bani cu totul!Nu aș mai merge niciodată la acest hotel!

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența a fost departe de ceea ce te-ai aștepta de la un hotel care percepe aproximativ 1.000 lei/noapte.
La check-in ni s-a solicitat o garanție pentru eventuale daune, lucru pe care nu l-am întâlnit niciodată până acum, deși călătoresc frecvent și am fost cazată în numeroase hoteluri, inclusiv de categorie superioară. Camera a fost predată impecabil, fără nicio problemă.
Cu toate acestea, la 5 zile după check-out, garanția era încă blocată pe card. După ce am contactat banca, mi s-a confirmat că suma este încă în așteptarea unei acțiuni din partea hotelului (anularea preautorizării sau decontarea). Cu alte cuvinte, întârzierea nu era cauzată de bancă, ci de faptul că hotelul nu procesase încă operațiunea.
Pe lângă acest aspect extrem de neplăcut, am fost surprinsă de numărul redus de facilități incluse în preț. Pentru o cameră de aproximativ 1.000 lei/noapte, parcarea se plătește separat, iar accesul la șezlongurile de la piscină sau plajă este, de asemenea, contra cost. La acest nivel de tarif, m-aș fi așteptat la o experiență completă, nu la costuri suplimentare pentru aproape orice.
Per ansamblu, raportul calitate–preț nu justifică tariful practicat. Din păcate, nu a fost experiența premium pe care o promite hotelul și nu aș alege să revin.

A nice stay, a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Pool was great. The garden was also very tidy. The staff was great.

Cons:

Small things not expected for this level: breakfast was very basic, no air conditioning in the hall (there was working fine in the room), one light not working, tv channels not set (staff set it up, but next day the same problem), noise from a terrace outside.

As sta din nou la acest hotel.
Pros:

Este un hotel corect, mai degraba de 4* decat de 5*. Personalul este amabil, micul dejun este bun si are o selectie decenta de preparate, piscina este superba. Locatia este chiar la plaja, in zona sunt destule restaurante si magazine de suveniruri. Terasele unde se servesc micul dejun si pranzul & cina sunt foarte dragute, un punct extra pentru doamna manager care este foarte atenta la detalii.
Puncte forte: in camera gasesti o sacosa de plaja cu prosoape de plaja in ea si sezlongurile sunt incluse la plaja privata a hotelului.

Cons:

Pentru un hotel de 5* - ma asteptam ca la receptie la sosire sa gasim clasicele recipiente cu apa cu felii de lamaie/portocale si gheata din care sa se serveasca clientii - practic nu costa mai nimic si dau un plus de ospitalitate. Paturile din sunt cam mici (cred ca de 140 cm latime) si salteaua este prea moale. Intrarea si iesirea din parcarea hotelului sunt foarte inguste si trebuie avut grija ca sa nu lovesti masina.

Piscina se plateste 150 lei,capsula de cafea in camera 10 lei la o camera de aproape 1000 lei ; salteaua a fost cu probleme a trebuit sa dormim invers,aer conditionat nu se poate regla,personal numai nepalez nevorbitori de romana.

Cosy weekend getaway where nice people make a difference
Pros:

Hospitable place, the personnel are really trying their best to make you feel welcomed. They gave us the room a couple of hours in advance and also let us check out one hour later. Everything was clean, with a comfortable bed and a good size room. The food was good and fresh, and everyone in the restaurant was attentive to our needs. The private beach is really nice, not crowded, with shallow water perfect for families with small children.

Cons:

The bathroom could have used better ventilation.
