Good location, clean and staff were welcoming.

Cons:

Bathroom was weird, raised and shower awkward to use, in bath. Would be difficult for older persons to use

Great value to staying here!
Pros:

Hotel is located near Nihonbashi Station (Just 2 minute walk) that so easy to go Numba Station via underground walk that have many shops and restaurants and easy to go to Umeda Station for shopping too.

Pros:

駅から近く、黒門市場が目の前
食べるとこも沢山あって
パチ屋も近い(個人的意見)気晴らしできるし 旅行には最高な場所でした！

部屋は少し…タバコの匂いあって
残念でしたが
お値段以上すぎました！！

Good location, near subway station. To management, please hire some Japanese staff.
Pros:

Near Subway station, great underground shopping street, lots of shops and restaurants, you can walk and reached Namba station. Within 15 mins walk away from Dotonbori, Den den Town.

Cons:

Most if not all are non-Japanese staff, So, you can't find the vibe of Japanese customer service ethnic. Staff has no facial expression. On day one, the staff who is doing my check-in can suddenly pick-up a phone, and keep me on hold, then ask another staff at the back room to come out to continue my check-in, why not ask the other staff to pick the phone instead. I believe this could not happen if it was a Japanese staff. Although I'm not against it, but at least hire some Japanese staff to make the hotel vibes more Japanese.

櫃檯青一色都變印度人，因爲萬博的關係？要會講英文的比較吃香，而且在大阪，印度店員出現率超高。

Osaka pazzesca! Sembra di vivere all’interno di un grande gioco o cartone animato!

Sicuramente la posizione era fantastica! Nel cuore di Dotonbori. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Servizio deposito bagagli sia per il check-in che per il check out (gratuito).

Cons:

Per fortuna abbiamo prenotato 3 camere per la nostra famiglia, perché erano davvero piccole! I bagagli dovevano restare chiusi per mancanza di spazio… nonostante tutto il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche perché eravamo sempre in giro.
