The location is fantastic, the room we had was huge & catered perfectly to our needs. The breakfast was excellent. Above all the staff were so helpful & friendly especially Alessandra & Nini!
My husband and I spent three nights here on our first trip to Palermo. Great little boutique hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, you can easily walk to everything you want to see, many restaurants , right off the pedestrian route. The people at the hotel are fantastic. They helped with so many things — dinner suggestions and reservations before we arrived, and answered all of our (endless questions). They even helped us by calling one hotel we are visiting later in our trip to help sort out a mystery message about a deposit, speaking Italian with the other hotel. We stayed in the “family room” which is in a separate property two doors down from the main hotel, as we were trying to limit stairs. It was enormous! There was a very strange widow at street level that we needed to keep closed, and a bath tub in the main room. Also a concrete floor (recommend you get a rug to make it a bit cozier!). The convenience was exceptional though and we would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially in a first time visit to Palermo. We had a fabulous meal at Osteria Ballero, absolutely top notch food and ambiance. Make a reservation or don’t go! Overall, this place is great, modestly priced, and very convenient!

Every thing about my stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and helpful particularly Andrea and Alessandra. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order As I am lactose intolerant I was so happy to have the option of lactose free milk. Be aware that there is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep.
Das Hotel befindet sich an perfekter Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten war sehr sauber und auch sehr gross. Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das, was aber wirklich ausgezeichnet war, war die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns für jeden Abend das Restaurant empfohlen und gebucht. Egal, was man benötigt hat, es wurde umgehend organisiert und bestätigt. So einen super Service haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir reisen viel. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!!!

What a lovely hotel, fantastic location right in the heart of the old city. Rooms were very stylish and spacious, bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent too.
What made this hotel very special was that the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a couple of nights in Palermo.
