This Boutique Hotel certainly lived up to its expectations. The location was very central & quiet. It was close to the train station, restaurants (as recommended by the staff), & all the town attractions. The room was perfect and even had a small kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. What made our stay extra special though, were the staff, in particular Nini, Laura & Andrea. They were so accommodating & couldn’t do enough for you!

Самый клиентоориентированный персонал на моей памяти (есть с чем сравнить). Начиная от заселения, вплоть до выезда, все прошло четко во всех смыслах этого слова. При заселении, угостили напитками и снеками, доставив прямо в номер очень быстро, помогли с багажом. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому сразу обговорили время нашего довольно раннего выезда и прочие нюансы. Утром (в 05:40) все как по часам: за 5 минут до выезда, постучали, чтобы помочь с багажом, на ресепшене уже ждал перекус с собой в аэропорт, а возле входа стоял S-ckass, минута в минуту. Сам отель расположен очень удачно, чистый, не уставший, номер был очень просторный. Однозначная рекомендация! Спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство!

What a great boutique hotel in the historic district of Palermo. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk team, led by Alexandra and Ninni are nicer and more helpful than you can dream of. It is my 6th time in Sicily, this hotel is a keeper.
Room was great, location was perfect for visiting central Palermo, the staff (especially Alessandra and Ninni) were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was awesome.
