It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay

The aparthotel was excellent with facilities and air con which was perfect during the heatwave, staff where friendly and bakery in reception with crossionts and coffee free was a very nice added bonus

Vivien is the absolute best ever. She was so polite, kind and respectful and made sure all our needs were met. She is such a kind lady. She made sure we was comfortable and that if we ever needed anything, she was able to sort it immediately. She also is a very highly experienced staff who is the best of the best.

I visited London for the first time and stayed at Roomzzz Aparthotels Stratford for 10 days in the Neo room category. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The Neo room was perfectly suitable for a solo traveller or even a couple planning a slightly extended stay. The room was compact yet very well designed, with all the essential amenities you would need — including a stove, microwave, fridge, and basic utensils and crockery, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient.

The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to Stratford Station, shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it extremely easy to access trains, buses, and everything else you may need during your stay in London.

What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thanks to Vivien, Naana, and Rita for their kindness and support. They were approachable, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting London, especially solo travellers or couples looking for a comfortable and convenient extended stay option.

We had a great stay! Nana and Rita were exceptionally helpful and accommodating and our room, on the top floor, was fabulous! Clean and well stocked, with stunning views of London. I also loved the free coffee and croissants available in the lobby. The location was great, with good bus links, and there’s a pretty park opposite the hotel.

We had a great stay. The aparthotel was clean and comfortable. Gym, Working area, sitting area in the lobby. The apartment itself was well equipped with kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/oven. The view from our Dezign Suite was out of this world.
Shout out to Vivien and Rita, the real shining stars of Roomzzz. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Let's not forget also Drilon that helped us with public transport informations and Robert assisted with the reservation.
Will definitely return again.

Has a gym and good views

The location is great, a short walk to the train station and shops (Westfield plaza). We were also given a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. Thanks Roomzzz

Great room, clean and spacious. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful, especially Robert and Rita who helped me extend my stay for an addition week. Will stay here again!

Our time at Roomzzz has been a home away from home, Vivien and Rita are fantastic and so welcoming!! They have elevated our experience tremendously with their warm, friendly manners! The facilities are also lovely especially having a coffee and a croissant in the lounge downstairs to start your day!
