Ich würde kein zweites Mal dieses Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Schöner großer Swimmingpool, Lage direkt am Strand

Cons:

Zimmerservice nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage, Verkehrslärm im Zimmer, da unser Zimmer nicht meerseitig sondern stadtseitig gelegen war, verschimmelte Badezimmerdecke, keine gratis Liegen oder Sonnenschirme am Strand, die schöne Atmosphäre am Pool wurde durch den Höllenlärm eines Möchtegern DJ zerstört, ohne Ohrstöpsel war dieser Lärm nicht auszuhalten! Ein 0,33 l Bier am Pool 6.- Euro, weder am Pool noch im Restaurant gab es die Möglichkeit Speisen oder Getränke auf das Zimmer zu buchen. Die Cocktails waren zwar teuer aber von Professionalität weit entfernt.

המלון ממוקם בדיוק מול הקניון ובאזור יחסית מרכזי. המלון סיפק מיטות לכל ילדה וקבלת פנים נעימה החדר היה מתאים להרכב המשפחתי, היה נעים, נקי ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר טעימה, רק צריך לבקש מהמטבח שיכינו חביתה ולבקש שוב שיבשלו אותה עד הסוף. הבריכה הפנימית חמה יותר. בערב יש הופעות מוזיקה. למלון יש פוטנציאל רואים שהאמבטיה משופצת יש מזגן בכל חדר, מיטה נוחה, חסר ניקיון בבריכה ומתן מענה לבקשות!

Cons:

בהתחלה מאוד חששנו מכל הביקורות שקראנו ואחר כך ראינו על מה הביקורות שנרשמו, כגון: ירוקת בבריכה הפנימית וחיצונית, צריך להעביר רובוט שמנקה את קרקעית הבריכה. התריסים של ניקוז הבריכה גם עם ירוקת דחוף לנקות!!
מה שביאס מאוד שאין מגבות בבריכה, עד עכשיו אני לא מבינה איך אין מגבות!
אין אף נותן שירות בספא, רצינו להזמין ולא היה עם מי לדבר.
החדר הזה פונה למלון וחבל פספוס של כל הנוף היפה של בטומי!
כאשר ביקשנו מהקבלה שמיכות וכריות, שכחו והיינו צריכים לתזכר מספר פעמים ורק יום אחרי הביאו לנו.

Séjour très agréable quand même
Pros:

Malgrès la taille de l'hôtel, tout est fluide, l'espace piscine et Spa sont très agréables, et les couloirs bien insonorisés. Le garçon d'acceuil a de suite pris nos bagages en compte et garé mon véhicule au parking de l'hôtel. La promenade et la plage sont a deux pas de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le Sauna et le bain de vapeur peuvent être réglé directement par les clients et du coup des idiots mettent des températures intenable 115C° Pour le sauna !
Attention 45 minutes de marche pour aller jusqu'au statues d'Ali et Nino
Attention chambre côté rue on entend bien la rue !

The room was very big was wonderful view of sea and sunset, the spa and the pool was fantastic, 10 steps for the beach.

מלון מרכזי קרוב לחוף יש בריכה מחוממת וגם חיצונית יש סאונה אוכל היה טוב מגוון קיבלנו שני חדרים למשפחה חדרים גדולים מלון נוח.

מה שחסר במלון זה מגבות לבריכה צריך לקחת מהחדר ואי אפשר אחר כך להחליף צריך לחפש את הצוות להחלפת מגבות.

كل شيء جميل الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء السوبر و المطاعم و المول والبحر والبوليفارد ويوجد شطاف ممتاز بالحمام الاكل لذيذ لكن قليل جدا والفطور جيد جدا اول يوم كان جيد اما بقية الايام ممتاز ولكن بعض من الذين يعملون داخل منطقة الفطور شاب لا يحسن التعامل من النزلا اما الفتيات كانو اكثر لطف

في البداية كان صوت الموسيقى عالي جدا والوقت متاخر من الليل 12 ليلا

Номер чистый,удобный,было комфортно.В номере есть и фен,и чайник,и халаты.Завтрак очень хороший и часы удобные .

Cons:

Не понравилось то,что постоянно что-то ремонтируют в СПА,отключают сауну,электричество .И не предупреждают об этом.
