Great, highly recommended
Pros:

The property was very very clean, very nicely decorated and very welcoming. Staff were great and Francesca was super helpful.

Cons:

If I had to be super critical, the road outside was noisy, but that is to be expected in a city centre.

Un po' si un po' no
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente per muoversi da turista. A un passo dalla metro e vicina a tanti punti ristoro.
La titolare molto accomodante e gentile, si è dimostrata sul pezzo.

Cons:

Ci si ritrova a fare colazione (a Napoli mi aspetterei di meglio) in una stanza parecchio piccola e il caffè/cappuccino lo prepara la signora delle pulizie. Posa stracci e prodotti e prepara alla macchinetta.... Anche no! Se voglio qualcosa di salato posso scegliere tra un formaggio e un salame che stanno all'aria aperta da chissà quanto.
I gradini che portano alle stanze e anche quelli dentro le stanze possono creare non pochi problemi. Evidentemente sono mal segnalati perché in meno di 24h ho visto una signora inciampare e rischiare di cadere e mia mamma che invece è proprio caduta battendo ginocchio e avambraccio, rovinandole metà vacanza.
Qualcosa da rivedere c'è sicuramente.

Posizione comoda, camera molto grande ed elegante. Il palazzo è antico ma dotato di ascensore.

Está bien ubicado.
Te ofrecen una alternativa de desayuno si debes salir antes del inicio de la jornada de atención en el restaurante.

Cons:

Falta de comunicación entre los colaboradores del hotel, aunque ya habíamos pagado los impuestos, los estaban cobrando nuevamente.

La situación te permitía estar cerca de la estación central para hacer rutas y a la vez en pleno centro. La amabilidad se agradece, y sin lujos, las habitaciones estaban cómodas.
