Perfect base camp to visit Istanbul
Pros:

The real strong points are the kindness of the staff and the location. We really felt at home and the vibrant life around the location has a lot to offer. The tram stop in front is the perfect start for further explorations around the city.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : un emplacement très pratique, une propreté impeccable dans tout l'établissement, et surtout, un staff d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours prêt à aider. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen wurde einem sofort und freundlich weitergeholfen, tolle Lage, genau gegenüber dem Tram.. Kann es nur weiterhelfen.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke in der Umgebung (Auto&Tram) – das liegt allerdings nicht am Hotel selbst. Wer es besonders ruhig mag, sollte eventuell ein Hotel in einer ruhigeren Lage wählen.

Pros:

Extremely professional and friendly staffs :) and the location is top, and you can walk to many attractions in Istanbul. Also the tram is right in front. Many restaurants and boutiques close by. Cold functional aircon and big rooms.

Cons:

If the room is facing the main street, it could be slightly loud from the traffic. But if you are not too sensitive like i am, as in many big cities, it is really ok.
