Hotel mit super Lage und Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Die Lage war super gut. Man war direkt in der Innenstadt und konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen. Zudem war es super, dass man dort in der Tiefgarage parken konnte. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und mehr als ausreichend. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war super.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen, was mega cool war. Leider gab es in diesem Zimmer keine Schalousien und das Dachfenster war direkt über dem Bett. Es roch ein wenig muffig/ ungelüftet und alles scheinte abgenutzt zu sein. Den Safe konnte man nicht benutzen. Die Sauberkeit war ganz oke, aber nicht lobenswert. Hier könnte nachgebessert werden.

Die Lage und das Zimmer.

Cons:

Ich wahr schon viel in diesem Hotel, jetzt nach 4 Jahren Pause wider voller Vorfreude in das Hotel zurück gekommen. Leider ist es überhaupt nicht mehr gepflegt. Zimmer schmudelig und sehr viel Defekt. Morgenessen Buffet naja und die Tische schmutzig. Es ist sehr schade.

Top Preis-Leistung in Bahnhofs- und Stadtnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel Stern by EMPA bietet ein klasse Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis.
450 m bis zum Hauptbahnhof Ulm, 500 m bis zum Fischerviertel, 1,3 km bis zum Donauufer bzw. Brücken nach Neu-Ulm.

Das Frühstück für 14,50 € haben wir allerdings erst gar nicht getestet. Es verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und ist 450 m vom Ulmer Münster entfernt. Für das Treppenhaus (inkl. Aufzug) benötigt man die Zimmerkarte; auch die verschiedenen Lichtschalter im Hotelzimmer selbst werden damit gesteuert.

Unser Zimmer 508 war schön groß, Bad und WC in getrennten Räumen.
Die Morgensonne brennt schon heftig ins Zimmer 508, mit der Klimaanlage haben wir uns allerdings nicht befaßt.
Großer Schreibtisch, viele Lichtschalter.
Die Regentropfen-Dusche verleitet zum längeren Verweilen darunter.

Cons:

Trotz aller Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten gibt es keinen Schrank. Bei unserem 7tägigen Aufenthalt staubte da doch einiges ein.
Ein Teppichboden ist auch nicht mehr "State of the Art", für Hotels empfiehlt sich doch eher ein hygienischer Laminatboden. Das designte Bad sieht gut aus; der sehr hoch angebrachte Wasserhahn sorgt allerdings für reichlich Spritzer auf der Armatur.

Einen Zimmer-Service gibt es nur alle 3 Tage, wird waren hier 7 Tage. Da empfand ich es als doof, nach Toilettenpapier und Handtüchern nachfragen zu müssen.

Aber das ist "Meckern auf hohem Niveau".

Dobry nocleg na jednodniowy pobyt, dobre śniadanie, obsługa i czystość średnia.

Dobre, obfite śniadanie, bezpieczny dostęp do pokoju.

Cons:

Po wejściu do pokoju okazało się, że nie jest posprzątany. Po interwencji pan z obsługi stwierdził, że to błąd systemu, nie usłyszałem słowa 'przepraszam'. Zamieniono nam pokój na inny na parterze.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Licht funktioniert teilweise nicht.
Die vorgesehenen Aussenrollos funktionieren nicht und der Raum ist von außen voll einsehbar,oder man macht die lichtdichten Vorhänge zu und das wenige Leuchtenlicht an.
Keine Ablage im Bad.
