Excellent!
Pros:

A comfortable, quiet place, conveniently located in the center of the island, has a few nice beaches within walking distance as well, food, coffee, amenities, and a great, family-run place I have stayed at every year when I come back to Con Dao.

Great spot
Pros:

We stayed 10 nights in Room 303 and it was perfect. We had a big bedroom with very comfy beds, bathroom and a large balcony. The location is great, it's only a few steps to the Superdong Ferry terminal and the beach. It was also an easy walk to the prison and the market area. Bin is so kind and helpful and he makes the best coffee on the island.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to not like.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, nous avions la chambre avec terrasse. La climatisation avait du mal à bien rafraîchir l’air mais il y avait un ventilateur en plus. Pour ce prix c’était très bien!

Great location & clean, but if you are wanting something fancier, perhaps look somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was great and it is moderately comfortable and clean and great value for money. The coffee was great.

Cons:

It is more like a hostel rather than a hotel in terms of basic facilities. There are smokers in the foyer, which left a stale smell in the hotel. The managers/owners are not as helpful as the other reviews mentioned, but the staff are pleasant enough. There was one lady who was lovely and helped with our washing (which was so quick and cheap); however, I would not say they are overly friendly or helpful.

perfectly cozy place
Pros:

this was the perfect place to stay on a perfect little island. the hotel has a fabulous location, 2 minute walk to a white sand beach and several restaurants close by. the room is cleaned daily, with water provided, fresh towels, and a very powerful AC.every encounter with the family who runs this place was extremely pleasant and helpful (they will help you book excursions or rent a bike :)). the lovely lady at the reception - Oanh (I’m so sorry if I spelt this wrong) was particularly amazing and made my stay extra special. when i come back to this island, i will absolutely come back to this hotel!

Ottima location a Con Dao Island
Pros:

Stanza pulita e molto confortevole con patio privato, gentilezza del personale, posizione strategica per la vicinanza alla spiaggia più bella dell'isola, al molo del servizio dei traghetti veloci, puntuale ed economico servizio di transfer da e per l'aereoporto. Possibilità di affittare in loco motorino
