De locatie en de wijze van inchecken

Cons:

Schimmel op de badkamer, behang wat is gerepareerd door er overdwars nieuw behang op te plakken, een luchtkwaliteit die zo goed is dat ik er ziek van ben geworden, een brandalarm wat af gaat, maar dat er geen medewerker komt om dit op te lossen maar dat ons telefonisch instructies gegeven wordt om hem uit te zetten. Dat je om nieuwe handdoeken en toiletpapier vraagt (want we hadden letterlijk niets meer) en dat je een video ontvangt met instructies om in te breken in de voorraadkast om het zelf even te pakken. Voelde niet als hetgene we hadden geboekt.

Tinha bagunça no quintal, bagunça no que seria um balcão de recepção, o acento não era compatível com o vaso sanitário, o chuveiro vaza, a limpeza não é boa, custo benefício bem ruim.

Pros:

5-10 min walk from Earls Court tube station. Great for if you just need a bed and nothing fancy.

Cons:

No window in single room. Couldn't close the door when sitting on the loo but didn't really matter as was alone.
Got given the code for the front door and had photo of it on my phone but at the end my day my phone battery had died. I couldn't remember the code and no one was answering the door bell. Luckily other guests turned up.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was good. The on-site housekeeping was attentive and provided us with necessary toiletries etc.

Cons:

The communication via whatsapp and phone was disappointing. After having tried to make contact several times they responded only sometimes and with conflicting answers.
