nulla, la camera e la struttura erano perftte per il weekend, ma sarebbero state adatte anche ad un soggiorno più lungo. forse unica nota è il materasso del divano, un po' troppo sottile.

We stayed at lower level it was noisy at 2 am ppl were moving stuff or walking upstairs oh I didn’t know how to use the dryer neither did the receptionist
Chilworth Court is an exceptional "aparthotel" in the Paddington Station area of London. I had some trouble finding the reception and Zoltan was incredible, even going out onto the street to flag me down. I had a studio apartment with a double bed. The bed was comfortable (the pillows needs some help, though.) I had a small drainage issue in the bathroom, and after mentioning it to them it was fixed immediately. This studio was fully stocked with plates, dishes, silverware, paper towels, pots and pans. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. They have a 24-hour reception with some of the nicest hotel staffs that I have encountered.
There should be a place on the Booking.com website with the exact location of the reception, because the 125-129 Gloucester put into Apple Maps took me to the other end of the block. The reception is on the corner of Gloucester and Chilworth Street
The place is very neat and clean. Less than 5min from Paddington station and less than 10min walking from Hyde park
It’s in a very nice and quiet area but what actually made it different than any place I stayed in before is the staff
They really made us feel like at home and always go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable

The room I was shown smelt really bad and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I said I would prefer not to stay & was promised A refund by Pedro the receptionist, who seemed friendly and said he would hold for an hour in case I didn't find anything elsewhere, and that they would refund if I then requested it through Booking.com. Refund was later declined when I processed through Booking.com. I was charged full price despite not even staying at the property and being assured I would be refunded. Avoid this place.
The apartments are centrally located
When I reached I was told that they can’t find my booking even though I have had paid full amount in advance and it took 30 minutes or more to semi sort it out. This was very stressful and worrying. They wanted me to stay in one apartment for one day and then 6 days in another apartment or 6 days in one and then 1 night in another. They explicitly said they won’t let me stay in the apartment for the full time because some other special guest had requested it. We called their help line and they also weren’t helpful. Stay away from this property as it seems they double book. We told them we will write a bad review . Booking.com on the other hand was more responsive than the property and accepted to offer me a refund on the last night as I wasn’t ready to keep shifting. Thank you booking.comfor being reliable.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The room we received was completely different from the room shown on Booking.com. The room was much smaller, several advertised features were missing, there was no seating area, no work desk, and even the view was different from what was shown in the listing.
We repeatedly showed the hotel staff the photos and room features from the Booking.com listing. Even the reception staff agreed that the room did not match what we had booked. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide the correct room.
Instead of fixing their mistake, they asked us to pay an additional £160 to move to another room. In other words, after giving us the wrong room, they wanted more money from us to get something closer to what we had already paid for.
The hotel had multiple opportunities to resolve the issue and chose not to. We spent our entire stay in a room that was not the room we selected and paid for.
I strongly believe the listing is misleading and does not accurately represent the room that guests actually receive. I took screenshots of the listing and photographs of the room because I was concerned that the evidence might later disappear.
I would never stay here again and would strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful before booking.

- when they cleaned the room they didn’t refill the tissues nor they removed bags.
- they suddenly go to your room, without your consent.
- it was hard to leave London because of the strikes in London trains, hence i had to extend one night. Then i paid for the extra night, it took them 5 hours to make it ready. Poor management (no priority in cleaning even though i communicated this with them but no collaboration)
- i don’t recommend this. The money doesn’t match the value
