Ideal location for our visit. For this part of London price was good.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and good to have kitchen facilities. Not applicable to us as only one night but if you were staying longer then great to have laundry.

Cons:

Apartment was huge and airy but odd that kitchen was tiny dark space. Wouldn't want for a longer stay. Bedroom curtains not blackout and also coming away from their hooks (needs repairing) so very light in the bedrooms. The back bedroom had a shower over bath that fluctuated in temperature and was not great flow but the other bathroom had a lovely walk in shower.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was clean, very well situated, and the customer service was outstanding. Mohammed and Youcef were exceptional. They were kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again!

die Lage.

Cons:

Das Apartment no. 9 (Penthouse mit 3 Schlafzimmern) wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt und war sehr unsauber.
Sehr viel Staub und Dreck. Insgesamt ist das Apartment in keinem guten Zustand und sehr verwohnt.

Pros:

Spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Quiet for sleep. Nice towels. Soaps, shampoos, lotions, all included...

PHENOMENAL location.

Wonderful staff.

Honestly, for the money, it is easily an outstanding value.

Family of 4, woth 14 and 18 year old boys.

Loved it. Highly recommend.

It was good for what we needed.
Pros:

Bed was very comfy

Cons:

The air con was on when we arrived
We turned it off and yet it was making loud rumbling noises the entire night every 10 minutes
It didn’t matter if we turned it back on or not just constant every 10 minutes and our room was directly next to the lift which didn’t make it comfortable or quiet,

Charming staff, super clean, quiet despite the great location, very comfortable bed with crisp high quality linen

Cons:

If we had been there for a longer stay, the studio room would have felt small if we'd been cooking and eating there but so us, just staying one night and eating out, it was perfect
