Vacanță reușită!
Pros:

Camera, curățenia, personalul…

Cons:

Bucătăria - a fost mai “slaba” decât anul trecut (o singura supa-nu aveai de ales si daca mai găseai),iar restul a fost mai puțin diversificat decât anul trecut și ca gust… vinul tot timpul se termina si trebuia sa aștepți, chiar s a terminat…
In concluzie a fost sub vacanța din 2025 si 2020… cu parere de rau, asta e parerea noastră

Lovely place
Pros:

It's the second time we stay in this hotel and we enjoyed our stay even more. The room was clean and spacious and we had a great view. The hotel is super close to the beach and has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. We would definitely come again.

Not four star experience but enjoyed Sozopol
Pros:

Great location and Lobby terrace .Decent pool. Staff were friendly and efficient apart from maybe reception. Nobody wished me to have a nice stay in the beginning or said good bye hope to see you soon when i left

Cons:

I was staying in the older part of the hotel. My room wasn't a four star as advertised and i am not talking about the view.
Dated bathroom with shower curtain and wasn't clean upon arrival. Tidiness improved after my complain. Aircon was very old and noisy. All inclusive food wasn't four star either. Very basic sometimes in my view recycled from previous meals. Alcoholic drinks were from unknown even for Bulgarians brand and served in plastic cups even in Lobby bar.

Хареса ни локацията, удобствата-макар, че има какво да се желае още, близостта на плажа.

Cons:

Храната не ни хареса. През целия ни 7-дневен престой нямаше качествено месо. Месото не беше натурално и качествено-да не говорим за избор. В летен сезон, на море един ден имаше морски дар-скариди , а на следващия ден панирани калмари. Прясната риба отсъстваше. За 4-зведен хотел тази храна не съответства на категорията и цената.

Sozopol pur și simplu minunat!
Pros:

Locația a fost super! Mi.a plăcut mult zona unde era poziționat, aproape de plaja, de fapt e chiar langa plaja , și langa orașul vechi. Hotelul frumos, împărțit cumva ciudat, pe trepte, dar tocmai asta mi.a plăcut. Lift atât la interior cat și la exterior la piscina.S a făcut curat și s-au schimbat prosoapele zilnic. Mi.a plăcut și zona cu verdeață.

Cons:

Aici e și o chestiune de gusturi. Mâncarea nu a fost pe gustul meu, nu se compara cu mâncarea noastră. Și nu a fost atât de diversificata ca în alte locuri unde am mai fost, tot în Bulgaria. Aici aș da un minus, se putea mult mai bine la acest capitol. Nu, mâncarea nu era nici pe departe de un hotel de 4 stele. Dulciurile acelasi fel zilnic, de fapt doar un pic de culoare le diferenția unele de altele, același fel, cu mai multe culori deasupra.

Имах резервация юли за 5 нощувки, резервацията ми за юли / която не беше в последния момент / беше за 7 нощувки ... за което се знаеше д о с т а т ъ ч н о о т р а н о за да получа по приличен етаж от "0" нулев , буквално на улицата ... Тук става въпрос на отношение на хотела към клиент , който за сезона има 12 нощувки ... На направената от мен рекламация ми отговориха , че всичко е пълно ... да съм казала по - рано , все едно съм длъжна да знам . Просто проба - грешка - ако мине - мине ...

We had lovely time
Pros:

Good location , close to beach

Cons:

Wardrobe was not suitable to use , specifically for two people, we kept our clothes in our suitcases 🙈🤷‍♀️.

It would be good to have phone chargers near the bedside cabinets from both sides, we had from one only.
