I booked here during my London Marathon! The location was great for what I needed, quiet with a shop near by! 24hr check in staff was a plus! The flat is actually quite large!
I would say the flat lack some character! Lots of shelving space, but just empty! And some rugs on the floor too to give it a ‘warmer’ and more ‘homely’ feeling!
Location was terrific as well as the size of the unit. Cleanliness was initially an issue for my wife but this was quickly rectified.

Mutfak olanakları çok kısıtlıydı. Tesisin veya booking’in hediye olarak verdiği havalimanından transfer aracı almaya gelmedi. Uzun süre beklememe rağmen havalimanından kendi imkanlarımla döndüm. Herhangi bir dönüş de yapılmadı.
Everything. It’s specious, comfortable, very clean (a great perk — the apartment was cleaned regularly during the weekdays), in a good location (well served by tubes and buses, within walking distance of Hyde Park, and alive with restaurants and shops), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful (24 hour service at reception desk). We will definitely come back.

Lots of space and great location
The location and the staff.
The Stairs because the Elevator doesn’t stop at the same level of the apartment , and we must go down the stairs and then go up the stairs to get into the apartment.

First, we were given a room directly next to the elevator, and for the entire duration of our stay there was constant noise—either from the elevator itself, guests passing by, or the reception staff speaking loudly nearby. The complete lack of consideration for guest comfort was unacceptable.
Upon entering the apartment, it appeared that the unit had not been properly used or maintained for quite some time. The dishes were dirty, the bed linens were unclean, and the entire apartment felt unhygienic and poorly prepared. It gave the impression that cleanliness standards were simply not being taken seriously.
The experience was so unpleasant that we decided to leave the property early and move elsewhere. Unfortunately, in the rush to leave, we accidentally left behind one of our belongings. We contacted the property immediately, but were told that the item was not there—even though we are certain it was left inside the apartment.
Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. I hope this review encourages management to improve their standards and also helps future guests avoid having the same experience.
Location cleanliness
Staff didn’t provide WiFi password until asked and nothing in the room to say what phone number was needed to contact reception. Basin plug in bathroom didn’t fit and basin could not be filled.
