Pros:

The receptionist man (Lubomir) was very kind, we arrived about midnight and he did the handover of the apartman very patiently answered all question.
The apartman was cleaned every day. The location is perfect the beach is 5 minutes by walking either the grocery.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Хороший отель,замечательный персонал,перед приездом зарезервировали место для авто,мы попросили заселиться,немного раньше,тоже пошли на встречу.Завтраки замечательные,всего достаточно и вкусно. Прекрасное расположение,1,5-2 минуты до моря.Большое спасибо хозяйке отеля,и всему персоналу.Буду рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым.По возможности,обязательно приедем снова.

The location - 2-3 minutes of walking to the beach. The room with a large balcony, comfy beds, and an excellent shower.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Piękny hotel w dobrym miejscu. 15 minut spacerem do starego miasta. Blisko sklepy, dworzec autobusowy i ładne plaże. Smaczne śniadania i bardzo miły, pomocny personel. Wszystko działało perfekcyjnie.

Cons:

Nie ma windy.

Pros:

Чистотата е на ниво,храната е хубава ,местоположението също,управителката също си разбира от работата,непрекъснато следи да не липсва нищо на гостите и ,ако има някакъв проблем го решава веднага в полза на гостите.Единственото за което трябва да се помисли е асансьор.Благодаря на управителката ,направи престоя ни много комфортен!

Pros:

I didn't expect something special and luxury from the Sozopol and the hotel, so that is why I give 5 stars to the hotel. It was clean and location was great, the breakfast was decent and like homemade (very tasty bakery) nice coffee, chesee and vegetables. My room was cleaned everyday very well, I really liked it. The price is very sufficient for the hotel. I'll definitely visit this hotel again if I go to Sozopol.

Cons:

There was no elevator (as in most of buildings in Sozopol), but the stairs were good and convenient (better than in the Netherlands).
