Pros:

raňajky a večere dobrý výber, chutné, každý si vie vybrať, aj doplňali dojedené. Raňajky by som dala skôr od 6,30 do 9,30. My sme nestíhali, lebo sme vyrážali o 7,00.

Cons:

veľa ludí v reštaurácii, hluk detí aj dospelých po 22,00 (naháňali sa po chodbách, z bowlingu hluk dospelých aj o 22,30)

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und befindet sich sowohl baulich als auch technisch in einem unzureichenden Zustand. Besonders im Hallenbad waren mehrere Bereiche abgesperrt und nicht zugänglich. Auch die Aussenanlage wirkte ungepflegt und wenig einladend. Insgesamt vermittelt das Hotel den Eindruck, als sei es seit den 1970er-Jahren kaum modernisiert oder umfassend renoviert worden.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück, das weder zeitgemäss ist noch dem erwarteten Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels entspricht. Statt hochwertiger Fruchtsäfte wurden hauptsächlich Sirupgetränke angeboten, während richtige Säfte nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich waren. Die Auswahl für Vegetarier war äusserst begrenzt, und bei den Fleischprodukten wurden ausschliesslich Schweinefleischprodukte angeboten. Eine abwechslungsreiche, ausgewogene und den heutigen Ernährungsbedürfnissen entsprechende Auswahl haben wir vermisst.

Besonders enttäuschend waren zudem der mangelnde Service und die fehlende Flexibilität gegenüber den Gästen. In unserem gebuchten Aufenthalt war das Abendessen am Anreisetag bereits im Preis inbegriffen. Da wir nach einer rund 1'000 Kilometer langen Reise erst nach Schliessung des Restaurants eintrafen, konnten wir dieses jedoch nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Leider wurde uns weder eine alternative Verpflegung noch eine andere Lösung angeboten, obwohl die Leistung bereits bezahlt war.

Aufgrund unserer späten Anreise konnten wir am Anreisetag auch die im Aufenthalt enthaltene Badelandschaft nicht nutzen. Umso unverständlicher war für uns, dass wir am nächsten Morgen für die Nutzung der Badelandschaft nach 11:00 Uhr erneut hätten bezahlen müssen. Obwohl wir weder das inkludierte Abendessen noch die Badelandschaft am Anreisetag nutzen konnten, wurde uns keinerlei Entgegenkommen angeboten.
