Tres bon petit dej face a la piscine ! A must.
L’amabilité du personnel.
La chambre était bien agencée avec terrasse.
Air France devait atterrir à 3h à Dakar mais au final nous avons atterri à 7h30.
Je suis arrivée à l’hôtel à 9h45.
Le responsable m’a permis de rester dans la chambre jusqu’à 17h38 alors que j’aurai du libérer à 12h comme dans tous les hôtels.
Merci pour la fleur et la compréhension.
La douche qui fuyait... pas tres hygienique.Rien. Petit bémol, les douches fuient…il serait judicieux de rafraîchir les salles de bains et toilettes.

L'état des prises électriques arrachées du mur, le robinet lavabo qui fuit, l'entretien de la porte coulissante de la terrasse et enfin la cuvette des WC pleine de calcaire...... la maintenance typique locale!

Everything was so marvelous, the homemade breakfast is truly incredible, so diverse, with changes everyday so you don’t get bored, the pool is stunning, the gardens are beautiful! The staff is so kind and helpful!

Il manque petit frigo dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner devrait être un peu meilleur.
Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel qui nécessite de là rénovation surtout au niveau de la salle de bain et du sol.

La vue sur la mer, sur l’île de Gorée donc son emplacement très calme. C’est calme et propre. Le personnel très accueillant, agile, disponible et très professionnel.
La piscine est au top aussi.

The room location was nice and the view was nice.
The pool wasn't clean. There was a water mark around it and I could see dirts under right from my room's view.
The bed an pillows were comfortable and I was given an extra mattress for my smaller child
Mosquitoes weere so much and rooms are not sprayed with insecticide. I returned home ill with my younger child running a fever. The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned well at all. They do not have a disability friendly environment. Their ad said they had rooms on the upper floor with an elevator which i found to be untrue and this was a great embarassment. Worst of all their POS cash machine does not work and could not use my card so i was forced to pay cash!
