Quiet location and the view of the water from the terrace.

Todo nos encantó, desde la muchacha de recepción que nos atendio muy amablemente y nos ayudo y contesto nuestras preguntas, hasta las camas king sizes y finalizando con el rico desayuno que incluía de Lorettas, excepcional, amamos Isla y ahora este sera nuestro favorito lugar para hospedarnos ya que también esta enfrente Kin Ha, para mi familia de 5 este hotel es perfecto. ¡Gracias por todo!

Great value with best breakfasts with peaceful beach locale
Pros:

Location especially shared with partner beach and restaurant Loretta’s.
Without the partnership the boutique hotel would suffer from no pool nor view nor breakfast.
The Loretta breakfast was clearly the BEST VALUE SOPHISTICATED breakfast meals in the island. I’m a genius member having retreated to Isla Mujeres for 17 yrs and this was definitely the best breakfast meals ever!
The front desk check in staff are friendly.
More proactive interaction to check on guests via WhatsApp would be a nice way to improve to a 9 rating. 10 rating would be possible if the beach was included without the 650 pesos mandatory food and beverage intake.
The beach was small but clear, clean and the low tides made it a peaceful swimming zone for those not wanting to trek to Playa Norte.

The food selection was great at Loretta’s but it closed too early at 9pm and should be open to 11.

Cons:

Loretta music should be Spanish Mexican music and quiet until after dinner as it is not a club.
The pool should be larger or hotel should build one on roof top so it’s not limited to using Loretta’s small plunge pool.
Bus stop schedule and mandatory stop at the resort would be nice to help those who didn’t rent a golf cart. A shuttle service to playa Norte or downtown would be a good customer service investment for this boutique hotel to get more frequent returning clients.

Stay was good, however was a bit far front the north of the island

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that had those beach clubs “available”for guests, however they did not mentioned in the booking app we have to pay a certain amount of money in food there to be able to use the facilities. They put some pics showing the hotel right next to the beach how ever the room is all the way to the south of the island take into account you need to take a taxi to get to the north of the island

Впечатления не самые приятные, старый маленький телевизор без выхода в интернет, отсутствие бассейна и пляжа, ограничены

Не очень чисто, заявлено одно а по факту пришлось еще доплачивать сразу при заселении какой-то непонятный сбор, про завтрак я совсем молчу, необходимо было выбрать только одно блюдо и то не из всего меню, а только из какой-то части…. За пляж который заявлен как находящийся рядом так же надо было платить, об этом конечно же не писали при бронировании… вообщем тем кто планирует бронировать там советую за ранее связаться с отелем и уточнить все условия, чтобы не попасть в просак…

Pros:

Hermosas y completas las instalaciones de la habitación, todo muy limpio y acogedor. La atencion del personal tambien muy destacable. Nos fuimos 100% conformes

Cons:

La ubicación nos quedaba bastante alejada del centro, pero hay un club del playa al frente en el que se puede desayunar de parte del hotel y pasar el dia allí sin pagar demasiado, tambien super recomendable la atencion y los menús

Pros:

Habitación amplia, súper cómoda y limpia. Tal como se ven en las fotos. Tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía, cafetera, secador de pelo, plancha…
El club de playa donde sirven el desayuno es hermoso, tienen la vista más linda de la isla, la comida es excelente y el personal súper amable. Me encanto el hotel, súper recomiendo.

Cons:

Queda lejos de las playas principales pero lo bueno que tienen acceso a una playa privada por el club de playa.

Es un lugar muy acogedor y realmente descansas. El personal es realmente otro nivel de servicio, a nosotros nos atendió Ángel y su calidad de servicio es único, nos ayudó mucho durante toda la estancia.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar y conocer los alrededores.

El Desayuno como tal se da en otro restaurantes que tienen convenio con el hotel, en el que asistí todo muy bien, solo que algunos alimentos del menú no estaban disponibles ese día.
