An excellent place to visit made better staying in a clean comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Perfect location for all areas of the town.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Clean and comfortable room. Excellent bathroom facilities.

Pros:

Location was perfect, very close to beach, the old town, bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. It's difficult to list everything but here are the majority of issues. Coffee machine out of milk all morning, no orange juice all morning, the only "fresh" fruit was a couple of slices of dried pineapple, not enough to make a fruit bowel. Only one member of staff therefore all tables were left uncleared. The following day we didn't bother to go even though we had paid for it. Reception staff acknowledged the issues but no contact from the management or offer of a refund.

ein schönes hotel in guter lage.
dazu sehr nette mitarbeiter.

Cons:

wir hatten ein zimmer zur strasse hin. dort ist gegenüber eine bushaltestelle. die busfahrer haben tlw. 5-10 min. stand-/wartezeit und lassen die ganze zeit den motor laufen. und das bis tief in die nacht. d.h., man kann eigentlich kaum/ nie die fenster öffnen.

Great location, clean & comfortable, but expensive
Pros:

The location was amazing - walking distance from the old town and city. The rooms were a good size by San Sebastian standards and overlooked a lovely park with cloistered shops/cafes. It was quiet enough but felt part of the social life of the city. Nice bathroom and comfy beds.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit hit and miss - missed room service despite being out for 5 hours with card on the door. The bar/breakfast next door was OK, but there are better options close by. Coffee maker didn't work and very limited tea options. When it's expensive (and San Sebastian accommodation is), you expect them to get the details right.

Pros:

Very central and easy to explore the city

Cons:

The toilet doesn’t properly close so you can hear everything. Very strange situation.
Their breakfast is fine but personalised coffee isn’t part of the deal and everyone asks about it .

Fantastic hotel with a phenomenal staff
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is among the best in the world! They are phenomenal! The rooms and the location are also great. We liked the small balcony and the view.

Cons:

The lighting controls (light switches) are rather difficult to determine and operate.
