La ubicación es espectacular y la gente de la recepción y limpieza es encantadora y muy preocupada de todo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son ruidosas, muy ruidosas y no por el ruido exterior sino por el ruido en el pasillo, puertas de las habitaciones cercanas y de las habitaciones del piso superior.

El desayuno es malo y además terriblemente mal atendido: siempre había que pedir cosas que faltaban, el huevo siempre estaba sobre cocido.

Beautiful boutique hotel in San Sebastián! Great location yet quiet - super modern, lovely staff!

Loved the city, the ocean and the vibe of the city

I liked the location

Cons:

The gym is tiny, fine if you work out by yourself but super awkward if another human enters the space. The bedroom was too small. I didn’t like the open bath, there was zero privacy, breakfast wasn’t great, it looked good but taste-wise not impressed. Also I left my necklace in the room at departure and it was never found

Highly recommend, great locations, great room
Pros:

Basically everything, especially the latex pillows

Cons:

The quality of the coffee wasn't too great but when the machine broke and the bartender gave me one combined the bar it was excellent.

Wifi works bery poorly. The proposed parking lot was far away and there was no space, we had to wait a long time, then we found another parking lot near the hotel. I asked for a quiet room because the one they gave us was on the 2nd floor near the elevator and near the street where the bus stop is, when I asked to change room , they said there were no rooms, even I saw that there were because they were cleaning the rooms, then they gave me a room 203.
