I liked the location
The gym is tiny, fine if you work out by yourself but super awkward if another human enters the space. The bedroom was too small. I didn’t like the open bath, there was zero privacy, breakfast wasn’t great, it looked good but taste-wise not impressed. Also I left my necklace in the room at departure and it was never found

The quality of the coffee wasn't too great but when the machine broke and the bartender gave me one combined the bar it was excellent.
Location
Wifi works bery poorly. The proposed parking lot was far away and there was no space, we had to wait a long time, then we found another parking lot near the hotel. I asked for a quiet room because the one they gave us was on the 2nd floor near the elevator and near the street where the bus stop is, when I asked to change room , they said there were no rooms, even I saw that there were because they were cleaning the rooms, then they gave me a room 203.
The staff made an outstanding first impression. The welcome was incredibly warm and genuine, and we immediately felt well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish and modern interior that creates a very pleasant atmosphere throughout. The location is excellent, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and good quality.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
We stayed in one of the duplex (maisonette) rooms. While the room itself was attractive, we would not choose this room category again.
The biggest downside is that these attic rooms offer virtually no view, which is a shame considering the hotel is set in such beautiful surroundings with a lovely garden.
The air conditioning is also not well designed for a duplex layout. The upstairs sleeping area remained noticeably warmer, while the downstairs became uncomfortably cold. It was difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature on both levels.
Another issue is safety: the staircase inside the room has no step lighting. During the night, when going to the bathroom, it is surprisingly easy to miss the turn in the dark and walk straight towards the stairs. This feels like a genuine safety concern and is something the hotel should address.
Finally, although the hotel still looks very elegant, you can see that it has been in operation for several years. There are small signs of wear on some furniture and in the room. Nothing major, but noticeable at this price point.
Great location . Walking distance from everything
No pool
First time in San Sebastián and couldn't have chosen a better location - great quiet building walking distance to all the sights and great pintxos. Beautiful runs nearby as well as hikes. Onsite good breakfast, cute gym and well sized rooms. Not much difference between regular standard rooms and executive rooms (unless you want a view) - I'd recommend the standard rooms for the quiet facing the back and upper floors if possible.
Location was great and room was a great size with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful too
