Cons:

The waterpark entrance fees are quite expensive with what that offers. The water is not cleaned. The room is not maintained well. Air cond produce sound.

Pros:

Breakfast is good. Bell boy service is good. Specially want to compliment Alkas. We had problem with our room key. He stayed to help us solve the problem, going to the front desk multiple times.

hard to get a grab to travel out of the hotel

Need some refurbishing.

Natures and good golf course. staffs are overall friendly and gentle.

Cons:

Need some upgrade for the facilities like swimming pool tiles and gym. Molds in bathroom basin.

Si vas a jugar Golf es muy recomendado, pero no vayas con niños.
Pros:

El servicio muy bien, el hotel esta muy bonito en su arquitectura, el campo de golf esta increíble.

Cons:

Mejoraría el mantenimiento general en el hotel, la piscina ya estaba desgastada de sus azulejos del piso, las habitaciones tenían detalles de mantenimiento en muros y cajones, podría estar mucho mejor el desayuno.
