PUDO HABER SIDO MEJOR

MARAVILLOSO PERSONAL Y LA ANIMACION ESTUPENDA AL IGUAL QUE LA CALIDAD DE LA COMIDA.

Un hotel precioso, pero con discrepancias en la descripción y falta de transparencia. El Hotel Jardín Tecina es un lugar precioso, con unas instalaciones y un entorno en la isla de La Gomera verdaderamente espectaculares. El personal del hotel es amable y el entorno es fantástico, pero mi estancia se vio afectada por dos detalles importantes que considero publicidad engañosa y falta de transparencia en la información:La habitación no correspondía a lo reservado: Contraté una habitación doble con "balcón" y vistas al jardín. Sin embargo, me asignaron una habitación en la planta baja, completamente a nivel de la calle y de la entrada principal (lo cual arquitectónicamente es una terraza o porche, no un balcón). Esto nos restó total privacidad y seguridad, y el hotel se limitó a defender su postura en lugar de darnos una solución.Costes ocultos en la Media Pensión: En ningún lugar de la descripción de la reserva en Booking se especificaba que las bebidas no estaban incluidas durante la cena del régimen de media pensión. Creo que este tipo de información debe ser clara y transparente desde el principio para evitar sorpresas desagradables al cliente a la hora de pagar.Es una lástima, porque el hotel es maravilloso, pero estos fallos en la información e implicación con el cliente empañan la experiencia.

uniek door z'n natuur (slogan van het hotel, maar klopt 100%)

het hotel is een (heel mooi) park op een klif aan de zee, schuifraam open en je hoort letterlijk de zee uit bed (Horizonte kamer) - prachtig zicht vanop terras ook

Cons:

"slechts" 2 van de 4 a la carte restaurants waren open en wij hadden toch enerzijds gepland om veel te wisselen. In de restaurants (zeker het buffet) moest je (bij sommige kelners) wel moeite doen om "gezien te worden": we hadden meer geconsumeerd als het eenvoudiger/proactiever was om een glaasje of dessert te kunnen bekomen

El hotel estaba limpio y el personal todos muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. La habitación quizá hubiese sido mejor un baño más pequeño y la habitación más amplia, pero estaba todo en muy buen estado y limpio, almohadas un poco bajas, los colchones cómodos.
Cogimos la opción de media pensión, el desayuno muy bueno y variado con abundante fruta y zumos naturales. La cena la normal en este tipo de hoteles, sin grandes sorpresas.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Lage, sehr viele Freizeitangebote, nettes Personal und leckere Restaurants

Im Juli sind viele Familien mit Kinder dort und daher war es am Pool etwas laut

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y el precio de la habitación que tienen los articulos de higiene me parecen insuficientes, solo habia un dispensador de gel y champú todo en el mismo, nada de acondicionador, ni una cremita , cepillo de dientes, nada de eso, tienen una tienda en q el protector solar de nivea cuesta 20 euros... supongo que el resto de cosas tambien se adquirian alli pero sin precios populares.

L'amabilité générale. La chambre de grande taille.

Cons:

Parking toujours plein.
La taille de l'hôtel, donc le monde incroyable au buffet.

La tranquilidad, la amabilidad de la gente.

Cons:

La gente se va a desayunar y coloca las toallas en las tumbonas. Ahí se quedan todos el día. Cuando vas a la piscina no hay tumbonas libres. A la hora de comer no hay nadie en la piscina pero las tumbonas están ocupadas.

La piscine, le petit dejeuner, le cadre

Cons:

Nous n'avions pas vraiment compris qu'il s'agissait d'un énorme resort sur l'annonce de Booking, et nous préférons les endroits plus petits et pleins de charme.
Donc, déçus par l'aspect usine, notamment beaucoup trop de monde au petit-déjeuner et à la piscine.
Par ailleurs, les chambres les moins chères ont soit du bruit (car situées autour de la piscine), soit une vue qui n'est pas des plus charmantes (route).
Et le parking ne peut pas accueillir toutes voitures et il n y avait plus de place lorsque nous sommes arrivés.
Accueil à la reception le 1er jour n était pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé.
Et pour finir notre clim de chambre degageait une mauvaise odeur que les techniciens n ont pas reussi à faire partir
Donc ça doit être bien quand on a une chambre à 1000€ la nuit 😉

Pros:

Entspannung pur mit toller Aussicht.
Frühstück sehr gut. Alle Restaurants mit sehr guter Küche. Pool Anlage schön sauber. Wäscheservice günstig und schnell. Gärten und Botanik top gepflegt. Golfplatz und Lage ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Nicht alle Restaurants waren in Betrieb.
