We do not recommend this hotel
Pros:

Staff are pleasant, location is easy enough if you are travelling by train or coach but note the noisy road

Cons:

This hotel has seen better days, it is tired, dingy and in places dirty. We changed rooms and are grateful that we could (as we couldn’t find another place to stay). Breakfast was awful so we ended up eating out for that. Appreciate that we stayed during tourist season but this hotel is still v overpriced.

Posizione ottima in centro alla città. Noi avevamo la camera superior, era molto spaziosa e ben fornita con letti enormi e molto comodi. Colazione fantastica!

Perfect location.. great facility.. nice food

Cons:

Pool table was available but we couldnt play as no one had 1 pound coin to use the table.. we were ready to pay by card and asking for token.. we have used pool table in other hotels.. where staff have a dedicated kitty for coins whcih is recieved from the pool table collection for facilitating patrons.

Pros:

Great location with the added convenience of free parking. The room was clean and well-equipped (hair dryer, kettle, still and sparkling water, tea and cookies). Breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and we had a good room with Loch view. It is within easy walking distance of all the town’s facilities. The front desk and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bonus is the breakfast and the facility to dine in their restaurant if you would not like to step out.
Food was really good.

Cons:

Parking spaces were a little tight and would have been good to have a fridge and iron in the facility
