Sehr schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Bra boende!
Pros:

Jättetrevlig personal. Mitt rum hade en jätteskön säng. Men rummet min pappa bodde i hade inte alls lika skön säng. Fin omgivning. Baren var bra.

Cons:

Jag bodde på nedervåningen och jag hörde alla fotsteg på övervåningen. Så hade vart trevligt med lite mindre lyhört.

Good parking

Cons:

Housekeeping of the hotel was dreadful. First room I was given hadn't been cleaned or made up from previous occupants. So after that they had to give me another room because housekeeping were finished. This turned out to be a downgrade, so I refused that and was then given another which wasn't the booked superior grade but had a decent view.
After first night room was supposedly cleaned, but all they had done was make the bed, nothing cleaned IE cups used, and towels left in bath still there.
Room was cramped and bathroom was worse.
Bed was rock hard, and heating was automated, so couldn't switch it on in the room when you needed it.
You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

We would definitely stay in this hotel again, It definitely surpassed expectation.
Pros:

The friendly and helpful nature of the staff was excellent and made our stay a very pleasurable one. The room was above expectation and had a super view across the loch. We had dinner in their restaurant which was superb. Rose Ann and her husband made us feel very welcome and looked after us throughout the meal. There was lots of choice at breakfast, which was very good.
There was plenty of car parking when we arrived and check in/check out was very smooth.
Should we visit Fort William again, we would definitely stay in this hotel. It definitely surpassed expectation.

Cons:

Nothing to add here. All aspects of our stay were excellent.

Nice hotel for one night but probably would not stay there again
Pros:

Great location and comfortable

Cons:

Service extremely slow in the restaurant for evening meal - over 90 minutes to get main meal which was then wrong when it arrived. Breakfast style buffet but delays on getting food out and again a wait for the table. Property needs updating
