Super emplacement.
Pros:

Le personnel souriant et de bon conseil au bar ;)
Le petit déjeuner très varié.
La petite attention à notre départ.

Cons:

A titre personnel, je trouve que la décoration n’est en aucun cas pertinente avec le thème de l’Écosse.
La chambre était assez petite et demande un rafraîchissement.
Les rideaux de la chambre sont vétustes, pas en adéquation avec le tarif de l’hôtel et surtout pas occultants.

Everything about the property. Staff were amazing so welcoming and friendly. The Room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortably, had a great sleep. Size of the room was amazing, so big. Shower room was excellent. Little touches such as welcome gifts of biscuits, crisps and water in room was lovely. Breakfast was terrific in the money and value for money. Overall, highly recommend the hotel as a choice to stay.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable with a walk in shower, breakfast was lovely with a great selection of food,
The restaurant for evening meal was one of the best meals we have had in 9 weeks of travelling,
On leaving we had a special gift given to us, so very sweet

Excelente ubicación y habitaciones muy amplias
Pros:

En general, fue una muy buena estancia. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Fort William y dispone de parking y ascensor, lo que hace todo mucho más cómodo. La habitación era muy amplia, al igual que el baño, y tenía unas vistas preciosas al lago. Además, nos gustaron mucho los detalles de bienvenida, como los bombones, las botellas de agua y los aperitivos. El desayuno era muy completo y todo el personal fue extremadamente amable y atento.

Cons:

Como único aspecto a mejorar, la decoración nos resultó un poco recargada y algunos elementos, como las cortinas o el mantel del comedor, daban sensación de necesitar una renovación o un mejor mantenimiento. Aun así, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y lo recomendamos por su ubicación, amplitud y la atención recibida.

The staff were excellent very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was tasty and good value.

Facilities were great but the bathroom was a bit dated and didnt look like it had been updated/painted for a while.

Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Loistava sijainti kävelykadun päässä. Tilava huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Runsas ja monipuolinen aamupalabuffet, pyydettäessä sai myös gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja. Hotellilla oma parkkipaikka. Huone oli hiljainen vaikka hotelli on liikenneympyrän vieressä. Plussaa huoneen hintaan kuuluvista vesipulloista, sipseistä ja kekseistä, joita lisättiin joka päivä.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli huono ilmanvaihto. Tilat hieman nuhjuiset, mutta uusittu kylpyhuone oikein hyvä.
