Pros:

At checkin I was welcomed with a smile. Asked if I really needed a family room since it was 2 of us i replied it hard a bigger bed than other available rooms
I was then upgraded to a suite with king bed sitting area and view.
We had a long day and decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Rose made our experience amazing, service and food were so good we ate there again next night. Get the Lamb chops.
I will return to the Muthu when in Ft Williams Rooms are clean staff is efficient and friendly food delicious

Still will want stay here for the location, the main High Street is just at the door step.
Pros:

I like the lobby many comfortable lounge seats n sofa with good daylight in. Good loch views. Wifi is strong here. The reception is D n he's helpful. Rooms are small beds and white ceiling lights. Lifts are very small n probably hydraulic type. Two persons with 2 small luggage can fit in at a time. Breakfast is good as they can cook oat porridge for guests upon request, besides the buffet. Dinner was simple n good too. Free car parking.

Cons:

My room window facing nothing. In August the room rates are high, despite only a small room.

This hotel is old, in poor condition, and not worth the money we paid for it. We would absolutely not recommend it.
Pros:

The location near the main part of town, near a lot of restaurants and shops, was good.

Cons:

The property is old and in desperate need of renovation and decor updating. Our room was very damp throughout the stay and the bathroom had some signs of mold. The wall of the bathroom that was on the exterior of the building constantly has water drops/condensation on it, indicating some insulation problems. The decor and furniture was terribly dated. The ceiling was so thin/unsoundproofed that it sounded like the people above us were about to fall through it. And the door to the hallway was so thin that it let all the sounds in.

Perfect accommodation a visit to Forth William
Pros:

We loved the Muthu Hotel Forth William, its classic charm & beautiful location next to Linnhe loch, with big room & great facilities, and above all the friendly & professional members of staff. They made us feel special & welcome and provided an outstanding service throughout. The half board offer was ideal as the food was really tasty & well presented. We were impressed by Rose Ann's customer service in particular and the entire team's supportive & respectful attitude towards the customers. Our room was upgraded, a fab room with great views, and that was a lovely surprise! We would love to return sometimes to Forth William and will definitely stay again at Muthu Hotel. Thank you all for your kindness and tremendous service.
